Terms of Service
1. Commission Prices
A. All commission prices are listed in THIS journal
B. All commission prices are subject to change at any time
C. However if a commission has already been:
(1). Paid For
(2). Completed
(3). Agreed upon
Then Section 1. Subsection B. Does not apply.
D. All Commissions must be paid in full up front
E. If we have agreed upon a payment plan, Section 1., subsection D. does not apply.
F. I will offer refunds if necessary, however I reserve the right to refuse to give you a refund and complete a piece that has been commissioned from me. I also reserve the right to refund you only as much as is left on the commission.
G. I will only accept PayPal payments. If I am at a convention and you get a commission from me, payment options can be discussed then.
2. Commission Times
A. All Commissions will be completed within eight weeks of payment, however normal wait times are not more than one week from payment.
B. If at any time your commission will be delayed, I will contact you through whichever contact method we have been using.
C. I will take rushed pieces on a case to case basis. Please note me for details.
D. If I am providing you with a time critical piece (see Section 2., subsection C for details) I may refund you if I can not finish the piece on time. However, see section 1. subsection F for details.
E. If you have questions regarding que and wait time, please see my journals for information.
3. Content of Art
A. I will not draw certain fetishes. As there are too many fetishes to list, I will not list them here. If you have a query regarding a certain fetish, please note me.
B. I will only draw Tame, or Artistic nudity. I will not draw anything which results in the sexual intercoarse between two characters of any gender. This also includes showing the private parts of an individual character other than the breasts of a female or hermophite.
4. Commissioner's Rights
A. You may repost any of my art which has your character in it.
B. You may repost any of my art if you have commissioned it. If there are other characters in the picture, it is no longer solely my decision, as the Copyrights of their characters must be respected.
C. You may ask for a refund at any time, but must give specifics as to why. If we agree to a refund, Section 1. subsection F. applies.
D. If Section 4. subsections A. and B. do not apply, then you may not repost my art.
E. Under NO CIRCUMSTANCES is my art to be:
(1) Edited
(2) Sold
F. If you have commissioned me for a Sketch, or Lineart then Section 4. subsection E. only applies to the work I did which includes:
(1)The Sketch
(2)The Lineart
(3)The signature
Really guys, this is just a formality. And I make a request to people, if you see my art reposted somewhere without consent/permission, please notify me so I may deal with it :)
