I got hungry and ate it.

cut my mouth a bit
and I don't think it will be fun having it come out the other end.
any way baws and derps made this die.
also the fact only 5 people even bothered to do this.
now to break it to get a upgrade.

also did you ask the icee company before you used their name and product in a picture, and do you pay royalties for that?

I originally ask to have it advertised in an add, well a friend did and I was told I need a license, and due to where hosting is for the site, they can't advertise it.
i got the proper paper work that my state requires.
this raffle is also going badly because I can't help spread the word for the person I am doing this for well enough so its most likely going to end any ways. I wouldn't be doing this if it wasn't for the reason behind it.
I stick my neck out for good friends.
also if you really want to have a conversation we can have it in private thru notes, where its not on public display.

If they decided that they'll allow it with a license, then great! I was just trying to do you a favor before it gets taken down and you have to go through the effort of refunding everyone who's paid. You didn't need to come up with some rude snark back at me... You could have just said "Thanks for letting me know" and left it at that.
Money raffles are not allowed on FA. In a retrospective, like getting money from 20 people.and only like...2 get something back,all others getting nothing.
Might wanna refund any people who have already paid,and ask everyone give a doodle of your character or something as their entrant fee's.
I could have a license to hold a raffle
also I see artists holding art raffles where there are only three prizes and I have paid into those before.
