That was just amazing... That guy is truly an inspiration for fighting for the same sex marriage law~ Every state that has the discussion should bring that clip up.. whether or not it's from Iowa.. it doesn't matter because he makes rather awesome and true statements ;3 facts... tidbits.. which ever. I wish they would pass same sex marriage laws in MD... *sighs* Too much discrimination these days that my little snow mew mew heart can't take.

I think we should make it a national law. I don't see why people are against it in the first place. It's not like two gays getting married is going to affect a straight couple. Nothing bad can come of it. We already see that homosexuals can raise kids just fine. As a transgenger male, I want to be able to marry my boyfriend when we come to that road. But if there are laws against it, I can't help but feel I won't be able to take living in my country. If something doesn't happen soon, I'm moving to Sweden; the most gay friendly country in the world.

I agree with that... And people are against it in the first place all because of the bible.. "It's unethical! The same sex shouldn't be together because it doesn't make sense! It's unheard of!"

Well blah on those people! Like you said, it's not like the homosexuals are going to affect a straight couples life, unless they are friends with the said homosexual.. but.. urg.. the government needs to stop being major whiner babies and just get rid of the "NO SAME-SEX MARRIAGE" crap. If people from the nation don't like it, tough! It's not their life! Urg..

BTW I hope all goes well for you~ I have a TG friend who is trying to transition from MtoF... and the poor thing has to live with parents who are the "you will not wear dresses and be cute while under our roof or we'll kick you out onto the street!" kind of people.. anal much.. -.-

Luckily for me, most of my family either doesn't know, or is pretty supportive. I have a few who are... iffy about it, but I'm getting by.

However, the unfortunate part is that FtM is much more expensive..

Yeah... Her parents aren't very supportive about it. V.V They literally go snooping into her room to try to find things she tries to hide from them. Then they yell at her for having said items.. Blarg...

And yeah I bet it's much more expensive... I just hope you both (My friend and you) get the surgeries you need one way or another~
