Subject to changes at any given time.
I have the right to refuse a commission without a reason.
Please make sure you read all of the TOS, by paying me for a commission, you accept all terms and conditions stated here.
How to get in contact with me:
All commission requests are to be sent via either note or anjerial[at]yahoo.com
How the process works:
*Once I have received a note from you I will contact you back via a note to make sure all the details and things are worked out.
*At this time I will expect full payment to be made for the commission.
*Once payment has been received I will confirm it with you.
*Commission ETA depends on how many I have going.
Payment and refunds:
*All payments as of right now are through PayPal and PayPal's invoicing system. It is just a much faster way to get money to me. On RARE occasions I MIGHT take money orders through snail mail. (but this likely will never happen.)
*All payments under $150 must be made in full at the time of ordering. Delayed or late payments taking longer than 24 hours will have to run through me for approval.
*If payments are not received in a timely manner, I will notify you that you have lost the slot and it will go to another person.
*Payments of over $150 can be set up on a payment plan which can be further discussed with me through notes. This is on a case by case basis and needs permission first.
*Refunds:
*Are given on a case by case basis.
I do try my best to make sure everything is alright with your artwork before it is finished.
*In case you might need to cancel on the commission and nothing has been started yet I will give a complete refund.
*If you need a refund AFTER the commission has started you will only get a certain percentage of your refund back depending on how much work has been done,
and whatever work has been done on the commission.
*Lost communication*
*If a commissioner has requested an update process to their commission(i.e need to see the sketch, lines, etc), prompt and clear communication is necessary.
*If I have not received any communication from the commissioner within 2 months, then the commission will be bumped to the bottom of my queue and stay there until communication is established again.
*If communication does not pick up after a year's worth of time from the initial order date of the commission, the commission slot is forfeited, erased from my list, and no refunds will ever be given.
*Working process with more than one person*
*If you are ordering a picture with 1 or more commissioners, please select a "spokesman" to speak on behalf of the group for the commission process.
*This is to ensure that miscommunication does not take place on both ends.
*I can not take responsibility for mistakes on information I was not given at the time of ordering the commission nor can I take responsibility for disagreements with information between the group of commissioners for the commission.
About the Art Process:
*Once info about the commission is received and I start on it, I usually will take minimal changes to the art in the sketching process. Anything that wants to be changed after the sketch there will be a small fee for changes.
*Changes Fee:
For your commission, I will allow 3 small changes to be made to your image in the sketch phase. After the 3rd change, I will charge a $5.00 fee PER change to your image. Any changes made per my fault are free. This means if I make a mistake and you want changes for that mistake, these are free changes.
*If you fail to give me clear reference picture(s) for your character and do not specify what you want in your picture I am not responsible for those changes and they will cost extra. PLEASE give me all suitable references for your commission BEFORE it is completed. Anything you leave out of your references that you spot after the commission is done, will not be fixed unless a fee is paid.
References and Descriptions:
*Notice on pose reference images given! All pose reference images given for a commission will be used as an "idea or light" reference only! I will not copy a pose any longer from any work of art! Only poses acceptable to be used are Free to use stock photos And these will be linked in your submission for reference back purposes! Thank you for your understanding!
*I prefer to have some sort of picture reference for the commissions. If your character is brand new with no pictures of it currently. Please take the time to find color refs, hair refs, clothes refs, etc for the character.
* Please make your descriptions short and to the point. A long-winded book written description only confuse me more.
*I will try and work with you on developing your new character into a picture. But please keep in mind how I see something and how you see it can be two completely different things. My style of art also plays a factor so please keep that in mind.
*If you do have a picture reference, but it's not quite what needs to be in the commission please tell me what is different.
*I do love artist freedoms when it comes to pictures and I'd be happy to do so for you. But if you are dead set on a pose or anything certain please include this information.
Asking about commission status:
*While I strive to make quality art in short amounts of time, things do happen.
*I currently work 40 hour weeks at my "day" job.
*You may find my current commission agenda posted on my profile page.
*If your commission is taking longer than 4 weeks and you haven't seen an update on it, please PM me and ask me about it. Most likely I have a sketch done, or yours is up next in the Que.
Deadlines for art:
*I don't normally do deadlines for art. If I were to take on a deadline there would be an extra fee for pushing the art up above my queue. The fees for rushing above everyone in my queue are as follows:
*$5.00 per person on my queue. If you want to have a rushed commission, please add up everyone on my list and times that by 5. This will be your total for just the push up above the list.
*In the rare case I take a deadlined art I will work closely with you to make sure it gets done on time.
Commercial Commissions and info:
*I do not as of now take commercial commissions.
*Commissions you order from me are for personal use only and can NOT be used in any shape or form for commercial reasons.
