Frequently Asked Question(s)
Q: Do you take requests, art trades or commissions?
A: I don't take either, sorry.
Q: How can I reach you or chat with you?
A: I don't use messengers. You can send an e-mail at: artist.bogrim[at]gmail.com
Q: What tools do you use for drawing?
A: I use OpenCanvas 4.5e plus for sketching, Adobe Illustrator CS3 for line art and Adobe Photoshop for coloring.
Q: Can I draw or write about your characters?
A: You are free to do so as long as you give credit me as the characters' owner, and if you contact me I will gladly provide you with any details or comment on your work.
Q: Do you attend any cons where I could meet you?
A: I live far away and am a poor bloke, so I'm afraid not.
Q: I have been blocked from your page, why?
A: If you have posted a comment that I found to be insulting or malicious, I would prefer you did not comment on my gallery anymore. If you feel strongly about being blocked, you can contact me on my e-mail address.
Q: Why are some of your submissions listed as adult when they have no sexual content?
A: If the illustration is part of an adult story from my blog, the description contains a link to sexual content unsuited for non-PG viewers - better safe than sorry.
If you have a question, feel free to ask it in this journal!
Doing non porn work sounds promising. There's tons of porn out there. But doing scenes that illustrate character development or storyline, is, in my opinion, much more interesting than "just" porn.
I'm very much looking forward to seeing what you produce in the comming months. And.. if a bit of porn should make it's way into things... that's good to
Good luck to you. I support the idea of removing people that are essentially ruining things for you. Especially with no money involved, we should feel honored (and I do) to be invited to view what you are doing for your own enrichment and enjoyment.
1.What Sexuality is Chaos and his brother
2.Whould it be possible to use them for a story
3.What Chaos Personality
I may have more questions later
Two, you're free to use them in any of your fictions. Please link me the completed work if you upload it as I'd love to read it.
Three, here's a passage I've written for his new character entry in my blog:
Chaos is a young and serious demon hunter who thinks of hunting down unholy demons as his life's mission. When he's on the job, he's focused, relentless and determined. Otherwise he's a lax guy that shuts himself out from the world and doesn't like keeping company around. It's rare to see him smile, though he has a sarcastic and somewhat black humor.
Half Demon
Not a fully born demon, Chaos was originally thought an orphan and raised by a wolf tribe in the forests. When a unit from the Dark Kingdom of his once great demon father found him in the woods, they took him back to their dark empire instead of killing the boy. There, he was raised brutally by his Demonwolf siblings and was eventually joined with a demon through a dark ritual.
Initially a happy and warm child, Chaos has developed a dark and quiet personality to protect his emotions. This was the only way he could cope with the horrors in his childhood, and though he doesn't side with his evil family, a part of him will always remain dark.
A Traitor
Chaos was labeled a traitor when he was sent on his first mission for the Dark Kingdom, to infiltrate and help destroy the village of his childhood home. This mission would complete his training and make him as remorseless as his brethren, but the fond memories of his childhood in the village weighted more and he defied his family to help the village resist the attack and became labeled a traitor.
All of his sibling thinks of him as poison in the family, and that killing him will retricfy everything.
No Father's Son
Though originally an orphan, Chaos learned as he grew up that his missing father, Zarch Demonwolf, was still alive and well. However, despite his old man's best intentions to help his mission and support him, Chaos wants nothing to do with the man.
Chaos believes that Zarch is solely responsible for everything that happened to him because his father was never there to protect him, and that his father having sired so many demons yet being unwilling to openly defy them, makes Zarch useless to his mission.
A Dark Vigilante
For good reasons, Chaos doesn't believe in the modern laws. He thinks of demons as monsters without conscience, and that they are best stopped by death. He prefers traveling in the dark, traveling the night to hunt his restless prey and avoid drawing unnecessary attention for the element of surprise.
Part of his reason for secluding himself is his belief that he can better work without anyone knowing about him, but at the same time he will always secretly envy ordinary people for their ability to lead a normal life untroubled by the dark.
Damian's not a "sin", he's wearing an artifact - a ring - which was bestowed him by the sin of lust. Damian is more like the messenger, and the true evil is an untouchable part of the world. Before he was giving the Ring of Lust and made his underground "auction", he was a mafia boss who started taking an interest in slave trading.
Damian's wife will never really be introduced - it is left up to imagination. Though he does carry some feelings for his son and had a small family life, he had sworn his life to the sin and wasn't in a position to actually choose a normal life (which is why Egad thinks of it as his weak spot).
How does one get a character into those or are those just your characters?
I'd say the best way to get into such an event is to create it yourself. There's already been two fan-made tournaments (one by Dracolicoi and one by Sarathebarricade) with a third one coming up by Zigiizagii. The "trophy glass" file is in my gallery free to download. If you don't have any artistic talent, you can also do as EpicDragon55 did and hire an artist to create the artwork (as was the case for Zeraxies' Tournament).
If you were hoping to join one created by me, there's no chance. If I touch this concept again, it will be a new approach to make something unique and interesting instead of repeating the same pattern again and again. If such an opportunity should ever arise, it will be announced on my gallery.
At least I learned that now so thanks for saying.
