Process:
|- I only accept commission requests through PM's/Notes/Email. Be sure to mark the message appropriately as either an inquiry or as a commission request.
|- Once the message is received, I will reply in a prompt manner(please give my at most one week to reply to inquiries or emails about interest in purchase!).
|-Payment in full will be required before any work is started on the commission.
|-Once payment has been received, a confirmation message will be sent before any work is began.
|-Commission ETA is approximately 1-3 weeks.
*Should the ETA time change due to personal reasons, the client will be informed ASAP.
References and Descriptions:
A picture reference is required for commissions. If the character has no reference of itself, I will take images for hair/body type/coloration/etcetera. I will no longer accept written descriptions.
In addition to drawing character that are new, or have no art, please pick out specific details and if something is no correct feel free to explain as best you can or better yet send more references! I will work my best to try and meet the expectations of the character itself but references play a key role in attaining that expectation.
If an old reference is used for a commissioned character and there are alterations to that character, please let me know before I have started the image! I will happily make the necessary changes.
I love references! I will request, however, that all references for an image be given to me at the start of the commission phase! I will not accept any extra references for the image after the sketch WIP is approved. Please keep that in mind when commissioning me!
Payment and Refunds:
At this time, I only accept payments through Paypal.
In the process of the image, WIPS will be provided at the sketch, ink and flat phases. I will make any revisions to an image at when the sketch WIP is offered, but will charge $5 in addition to the base price of the commission should any changes be requested after that point(such as in the line work phase or the flat-color phase.)
If a commission is canceled by the buyer before any work is done, I will offer a 100% refund.
If a commission is canceled by the buyer after the process has started, I will offer a 75%/50%/25% refund depending on how much of the project is already completed.
If a commission is canceled by myself, the artist, a 100% refund will be given no matter how much of the image has been finished.
Deadlines for art:
I don't normally do deadlines for art. If I were to take on a deadline there would be an extra fee for pushing the art up above my que. For pricing fees and ect. Please see my pricing page.
*In the rare case I take a deadlined art I will work closely with you to make sure it get's done on time.
Commercial Commissions and info:
I do not as of now take commerical commissions.
*Commissions you order from me are for personal use only and can NOT be used in any shape or form for commercial reasons.
Usage of my art:
All art that I have created for my self can NOT be redistrubuted without my written consent. Any violations of this can result in legal actions taken against you.
*All art work that has been commissioned by me, belongs to the respectful owner/commissioner. Any redistribution without their written consent can also result in legal actions taken against you.
Commissioners usage of my art:
All art you commission from me can be used for personal reasons only. Your computer wall paper, reposting with proper credit given ect is fine. Redistributing it for monitary gain is illegal and legal actions can be taken against you.
