Rules
- Please be PATIENT. I'm in the military, and Uncle Sam comes first, so if your commission is delayed or pushed back, Its nothing personal.
- Your commission can take anywhere from a few hours or a month etc, It depends on my personal life.
- My personal character(s) are available for porn commissions.
- I do not do more than 2 characters in a single image, Unless under special conditions.
- So that I know you read my TOS, put the word "Sunshine" in the designated spot on my commission form.
- I do not “reserve” slots. If the payment is not received within 48 HOURS the commission will be cancelled.
Previews of Work
- I will send a basic colored sketch of the pose, once I get your approval, I will start finishing the image. (Applies to all work except sketches)
- I have no problem sending you WIPs of the picture upon request.
Payment
- After a price is agreed to, the client has seven days to send payment, unless otherwise stated. Additional time may be allowed in the event of uncontrollable circumstances. At my discretion, after the initial allotted time, the commission may be cancelled due to lack of payment.
- All prices, including any quotes given, are non-negotiable.
- Payment plans are only available for commissions totalling $200 or higher. Commissions under $200 must be paid at one time and in full.
- Any and all payments will be made via PayPal. Payment is due once a price is agreed upon, but work will not start until payment is successfully made. For commissions with payment plans, work may begin after the first payment, but halt until future payments.
- No eChecks, no exceptions. Please check and double-check that you are able to make instant transactions.
- Send as a Purchase of Services, NOT Goods or a Gift.

References
- Please provide a visual reference for your characters. If no model sheet is available, please provide a visual reference of the types of things you want drawn: body type, details, clothing type, etc.
- If no visual reference is available at all, please provide a full, detailed written description.
Turn-around and Deadlines
- Commissions are generally worked on in stages, in the order in which they were received/paid. Don’t rush me, my queue doesn’t necessarily reflect who is being worked on when. I’ll drop commissioners who are too pushy.
- If a deadline is not set, I’ll try my best to get your art finished within one months time of it being started. I do my best to get art done as quickly as possible, but time taken can vary greatly depending on a multitude of factors —complexity, communication, how many people are ahead of you in my queue, etc.
- If you need something done by a certain date, I require at least two weeks notice. This type of order will be considered a “rush order” and will therefore incur a fee of $25 on top of the quoted price.
Private Commissions
I retain all rights to my art unless I state otherwise. This means that I can post it to my FA/DA accounts, website, art CDs/Folios, prints, and other personal uses. Please state ahead of time if you wish for your commission to be withheld from my galleries and my own personal use, as there will be a 25% fee charged. This does not mean you own the rights to the image. This does not mean that I will claim credit over your character.
Refund Policy
- In the event of a cancellation, refunds will be made in full if work on the commission has not begun. If the work has begun, the refund will be partial, and proportioned to the amount of work left undone. Exact amounts for any and all refunds will be discussed with the client.
- Artwork is non-refundable once complete.
- NO refunds will be given if you've received, then months down the line, you decide that you don't like it.
Extra Stuff
Post-Completion Use
- Commissioners may repost (on FA or elsewhere), crop (for icons, IDs, etc), and repurpose their completed piece in other images (such as references) with proper credit (such as a link to my profile or mention of my FA/Weasyl username).
- Commissioners are not allowed to otherwise edit the image without my expressed permission.
- If you are unsure whether I would allow the edit or not, ask!
- As the artist I reserve the right to use/repost/crop your completed piece for the sake of advertisement or as an example of my work.
-Completed commissions may not and will not be used in a manner that is for-profit by the artist or commissioner (such as prints/portfolios/resale of characters.)
