Meme time! Thought I'd try my hand at starting a meme for all the PCA-ers out there. This one is simple, it's just giving five facts about your characters that you haven't shared before or haven't worked in yet.


TEAM TURQUOISE FUN FACTS:

Rahne LaPries

-During freshman year, Rahne was one of the better fighters in her grade. After a battle that went too far, she started holding herself back.
-Rahne’s mother was named Emily. She died of cancer.
-She has a French background.
-Her first insecure thoughts about her weight started when the back of her pants split wide open at school. It was her most embarrassing moment.
-She almost was taken away by social services after her suicide attempt.

Romano Gligax

-In one of her past identities her name was ‘Gertrude.’ Romano hated it.
-Romano speaks half a dozen different languages.
-In her current identity, Romano purports to be Italian.
-She doesn’t wear underwear.
-When Romano was five she told a friend too much about herself and her family. Her family had to flee town, one step ahead of the police who nearly caught them.

Reynard Vulpes

-His mother was Japanese and his father is French.
-Actually has a cousin attending the PCA. Neither one of them knows of the other’s existence.
-Rene was beaten up on his first day at the PCA.
-His father found out about his feelings when he intercepted a package in the mail from a help center for youth about what it meant to be transgender. He almost disowned Rene.
-The first battle Rene won was actually against an upper-classmen.

Ibtisam al-Scycura

-Her full name is Ibtisam al-Jamal bint Sirhan ibn Mohammed al-Khalidi ibn Aloni bint Azami al-Marwan ibn Abdullah al-Scycura. But she prefers Sam.
-Sam is actually a little daunted and scared by her relationship with Emily Mentel. Sam doesn’t think she is attractive or smart enough for Emily.
-She had a bed-wetting problem until she was eleven.
-Sam’s an Arab (duh).
-The first time she lost a match she was so upset that she took a swing at the referee. She was suspended for a week.
