There is a couple enjoying some good, vigorous sex. The bed they are on has is a bit unusual as the legs of the thing are not unyielding wood or steel posts, but springs. Thus this bed moves more than usual with each thrust and even fairly gentle action will get it moving. There is also a long metal rod extending from the bed to a ratcheting wheel. With each thrust, the bed moves, the rod moves, and the wheel turns a bit but can't turn back. The wheel drives the screw of a vice, thus with thrust the jaws of the vice close that little bit more.
And in the jaws of that vice are a pair of balls, belonging to a bound male. As the couple gets going, he gets his nuts crushed. No one thrust does all that much by itself, but over time, the vice clamps down and all the poor fellow can do is watch the couple enjoy each other as they cause him unrelenting agony.
Oh, you think they might finish too soon and leave him unpopped? Now, who says they only have one go at things? Or maybe she will use a strap-on on her partner next and keep things going. Or maybe even he's been told that he darn well better make things last a good long time, or he will be next in the vice as she tries to find someone with more stamina?
