Clarifications on what I do and don't draw...
Maybe I would have to provide picture examples, but I would prefer to not do that.
Honestly, I'd love for what's in my gallery to speak for itself. My gallery is the best showcase of what it is I do and don't draw. And despite what I used to draw, I don't do so anymore because I didn't want to be known only for porn/fetish art. And because I got tired of drawing it myself. That being said, I'm well aware there's a few fetishes that work well in non-pornographic pictures and some that could possibly work. At the same time, I'm rather certain that for most people I'm not the person to draw some of these sorts of pictures and so for future reference I'll try my best to go in to detail on the things I'm okay with and what I'm not okay with.
And somethings I'm changing from what I used to have down after thinking about it quite a while.
Will Draw (for certain):
Easiest category to figure out by far. So, non-anthros of all species, anthros of all species, characters of various ages, mythical creatures, strange hybrids (these are always fun), humans and kemonomimis, nature scenes (IE: backgrounds of forests, beaches, wooded areas and other sorts of deals), simple indoor scenery (IE: rooms with not too much furniture as I do need a good deal of practice with these), Pokemon and Digimon (as most people have fan characters that are not of the original series), fan characters based on a series (but aren't the actual characters from the series), Fan art with a fan character in the picture (only way I'll draw fan art from now on), pet portraits, realism, paintings (with the realism and painting, they'll be offered sparingly as these are the types of pictures that take the longest for me to do), pin-ups, general nudity, mild violence, chibis
Won't Draw (for certain):
Porn and things that can be misconstrued as porn. Simple as that. Pin ups can sometimes be misconstrued as porn. At the same time you can have clothed pin-ups as well as nude ones. For what I consider porn...porn is something that puts heavy emphasis on genitalia. Plus it's images with blatant sex in it. That I do not draw (anymore). Was my choice and I'm sticking to it. Now for everything else...gore (IE: copious amounts of blood, guts falling out, body parts torn off, etc.), bodily fluids and excretions (including vomit and passing gas), baby fur (it isn't my thing...also not the same as drawing young/child character due to general baby fur interests), Vore, Bondage, Inflation, Muscle (the overly muscular types...body builder types I mean)
On the fence about...
This is the hard part...
Pregnancy. This I will draw to an extent. Usually where the character isn't overly exaggerated. I don't mind slight exaggeration but I like drawn characters who can physically move.
The same can be said for fat fur as well. I personally find some chubby characters cute and I do like a few fat fur artists. But like with the pregnancy deal, the characters cannot be immobile blobs. If that's the sort of fat fur that you're looking for, then I'm the wrong person to draw your idea. There's plenty of artists who will do it.
Hyper. Now as much as this should fall under "won't draw" there are a few artists I watch who do draw hyper but in a pseudo-tame manner. I'm still not sure if I should draw it. I figure I could test it out. But like with the two above, there is a limit to how I will draw a hyper character. And most likely I will only draw them clothed. I'm likely to change my mind on this once I figure out how well or not I can pull it off in a "mature" (not "adult") manner.
As for the other things that fit in this category, they're things that are "you can ask for them but they're not things I've really practiced"...
Mechs and other mechanical things like cars, armor, very detailed backgrounds, drawing outside of my style or the examples I've provided (though I'm not sure why you'd commission me if you the way I draw isn't what you want to see...), weaponry, transformation
I think I've covered all my bases. Really tried to get everything in here. And if there's something that isn't covered, feel free to ask and I'll add it in somewhere.
Also at any point I can reserve the right to turn down a commission despite drawing the subject. I might set up commission themes for this so I don't get stuck in ruts of drawing the same sort of pictures.

some people just take those things to the extreme and i can really see why you wouldnt want to draw that. if i was an artist id set similar guidelines. i probably would be a little more relaxed about nudity though because i think thats a really interesting aspect in art!
I know I lost a ton of customers/possible customers after decided I didn't want to draw porn anymore. But that's on them...there's still hundreds of people around here that'll draw it for them. I'd hope people just like how I draw things and the critters I draw.
Besides...you can always commission sentai and kamen rider stuff. :3 And ponies. XD
You know you're gonna need a badge to go with Kyera's DekaPink cosplay *nudge nudge, wink wink...insert more temptation here* :3
