2012 Challenge: The Year of Cookies
Someday I'll go where there ain't no rain or snow.
'Til then, I travel alone.
'Til then, I travel alone.
Full Moon Cuisine has been going strong for several years now, trying out new recipes. Yet, I feel that the time has come to really challenge myself and expand my repertoire. As such, I am undertaking a new project throughout 2012, "The Year of the Cookies". My plan is this: to bake one new cookie recipe each week throughout the entirety of the year. Some weeks may prove more busy than others, so I will try to 'make up' when I miss out on a week. So far, for the first two full weeks of the year, I have new recipes posted.
To help with this project, I am issuing a call to the
and anyone out there who loves cookies to share with me their recipes! If you have a favorite cookie recipe, I would love to have and make it! Hopefully at the end of this year, I will have 52 new cookie recipes for people to use.
Undertaking this will be a great project. Something unrelated to my work, to school, and mostly unrelated even to the furry fandom. Just something new to try, to challenge myself to hold to and make work. So, stay tuned and share with me your recipes. This year will be filled with plenty of new goodies from the kitchens of Full Moon Cuisine.

These are not my usual recipes, but from cooks.com that might lead you to similar recipes that are even better!
I look forward to seeing interesting cookies this year!
Milanos...heck, why not make your version of the Girl Scout Cookies, Im a sucker for those Thin Mints :P
As it stands, I plan on making mojito cookies actually :P
I welcome you to try any of the cookie recipes I have in my gallery, including making cookie rolls/pinwheels sometime out of two cookie doughs (Generally needs to be two with similar finished consistencies).
Feel free to modify the recipes to your liking.
For something exotically different... http://www.furaffinity.net/view/5986208/ White chocolate chip bacon cookies!
Chocolate and peanut butter cookies. http://www.furaffinity.net/view/6237887/ Always delicious!
Chocolategasm cookies! http://www.furaffinity.net/view/3630243/ What's not to love, if you love chocolate? The recipe though for this one is big batch so you'd probably want to cut it down to a quarter of the recipe for just a small amount... or freeze the extra dough as cookie dough freezers very well.
And, for making cookie rolls I did a little picture and word tutorial for how I do them. http://www.furaffinity.net/view/3714249/ and http://www.furaffinity.net/view/3714257/.
Thank you for doing such a challenge and sharing it with us all!
<3 Spicy and sweet! Loved them! Huge hit at a new years party and at home!
Now, this isn't the original recipe she uses, but it seems close :)
