Hey! I know this has been done by a few others but my partner and I consider it to be a good business venture. So, who wants a free fursuit? well, me and my partner 
sergal_inu are offering up a chance to win one for free! All you have to do is follow the few rules BELOW in this journal. So, go for it!
RULES AND REGULATIONS:
1. you MUST be watching THIS account!

3. you MUST submit some kind of reference for your character. It does not have to be an official ref sheet so to speak, just something to work off of. Note though, the less detailed your description or image of your character is, the less likely you are to even be considered. People with more developed and detailed concept art (even if its just like stick figures, but detailed! and explanatory) instantly rank higher for consideration than those lacking it.
4. you MUST post a link with your mad pimpage of this journal! you can post it on facebook, livejournal,deviantart or here on FA, whatever, but wherever you post it, you must provide the link below.
5. while you don't have to pay for the costume, if you win, you MUST pay shipping on finished product. To give you an idea of where it'll be coming from cost wise, my partner and I are currently residing in Florida, USA. We will ship overseas, but mind it may be a bit more costly.
6. this isn't required but i'd like you to post your reason for wanting to enter the contest. i.e. why you'd like the fursuit and the adventures you'll be planning on having with it. People with better and detailed (sometimes heartwarming) stories behind their wanting versus people who just enter to enter meaninglessly usually rank higher with us. reason: About 3 years ago i donated 400$ to a friend who was in need for medical money, she promised me a partial suit. Saddly over the years she has grown apart from me and keep uses excuse after excuse of why my suit has yet to be completed, at one time i did have head shots of a 75% done head and now that seems to be gone as well. I would enjoy winning a suit and just requesting my money back from her and going on with my furry life

Why do I want a fursuit? Well, I'm going to be honest. Please don't think of it as a sob story.
I made a fursuit; it's all fallen apart now. I worked SO hard on it because my husband was getting a suit, and we could only afford his. With him just working now, we can't afford another, either. Anyway, several people...well, they pointed and laughed at me and posted me on BadFur. It really did hurt mwa's feeling's, and I'd like to be able to get a suit that's professional.
Anyway, I can't go out and do fun fursuit stuff with anyone because, well, I don't have one. @_@ I always get to be the camera girl...(Not that I mind taking photos....) It's just...it'd be really nice to be able to have fun like everyone else.

reason for wanting: hmmm, my reson may not be dramatic or anything like hat ^^; but ill still put it to be a good sport :3, the reason why i want the suit s because starting this year im going to be starting to go to cons and other furry places, i have atempted to make my own suit, actually two infact ,, not of my official fursona, which is who's linked above. every time i go to a meet its like … wow theres are way better .__., and then i get down lol, but anywho. pretty much i would like to be able to actually wear a suit that im actuall proud to wear and is made right. i also waer my suits to my job sometimes when theres parties, and alot of poeple enjoy all the furryness that i bring ^^. hehe id would definitly make sure to share with you guys the photos of all the fun if i win x3

6) I've been a furry for a long time now (Well over more than 7 years or so) and every one of my friends has been constantly pestering me to get a fursuit of my own.. I'd love to, but I just don't have the money to do so. Its easier said than done. I keep getting close, but something always happens. Either its paying rent, or even buying a gift for another friend so that they may be happy. I just never really could get enough money to get my own fursuit. It seems to keep slipping out of my grasp every time I try. This would be the perfect opportunity to FINALLY have my own and not worry about going bankrupt or anything. 6.) My reason for entering? My first furry encounter was one of Kijani's videos back in 2009. Ever since then I have always wanted one but never had the money. Why? Well my dad died the day before my bday in '09 and my mom had to sell her business cause of it. :/ Well besides that....I attend a lot of animal shelter events with my dogs and they all know me by name. I could wear my suit at the events as a volunteer. Also my character is named after a beautiful song by one of my favorite bands http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YpHUGUx98R8 The song talks about not giving up when the going gets tough. Getting this suit will not only make me happy, but the band members of Atom Smash when I tell them this suit was based off one of their amazing songs. I would be able to take her around with me everywhere even though I live in a small town I will be moving to Pittsburgh near the end of the year and we all know Pittsburgh is a very fursuit accepting area! I would love to win this fursuit because, I've never had a fursuit ever, and to be honest, I have a friend down the street who does own one, and I want the two of us to be a wolf pack together! I love taking pictures of him in his fursuit in different costumes and with different swords and accessories that I have to show off how cool his is. Why I want a suit :
I do not currently own a suit, however I am a member of a furry group in NC called Peidmont paws, this is a group of furries that suits both for fun and for special events. There has been talk of out group getting together and going to visit childrent in the hospital and in childrens homes. I would love more than anything to be able to go with my friends and suit for the children, though I am not so sure that I would not be crying a bit behind those mesh eyes especially at the childrens home. You see I am adopted, so I am from one of those childrens homes and I know what it feels like for those children.
would also love to have a suit on halloween, to use at my towns trunk or treat, I always go with my church to hand out candy to the little children. This year was amazing, I borrowed a friends Falco suit and I have to say it was a profound experience, the childrens faces were priceless, granted there were one or two that were a little bit frightened at first. I will never forget this one little boy that went by our spot , he saw the suit and came up to me, he had just gotten a few pieces of candy from the big bucket and he insisted on giving me one of his candies, my heart melted when he came back and did the same thing a second time before his family left, each time I gave him a big hug and I think everyone dawwed, it was so adorable and i will always cherish that memory.
Also a little before Halloween each year, the same group of furries gather at the harvist festival at the local vineyard. The owner LOVES furries, because we are all kid friendly and the kids totally adore the furries. We ( well the suiters) always go and dance while the live band playes, and we get a connected circle of children and furries all bouncing around and having a blast together, I have never seen such happy little faces. There are actually some videos on youtube of all of the furries dancing. We are invited back every year by the owner because of how awesome the whole thing goes.
My pastor has also invited me and any other furries I can get my paws on to come and suit for my churches bible school, if we are able to get enough children to want to come to out church. Both my towns mayor and my church's pastor think furries are pretty awesome so they don't mind the suiting at all.
Then the last annual place I can think of that I would love to have a suit for would be Concarolina. It is an annual convention that combines furries, with ...well every type of nerdy fun thing there is. It is an everything con that is family friendly, there are a lot of suiters that go and it is a wonderful event and I happily await its arrival each year.
My main reason to want a suit would be of course, for volentier work and to see all the happy childrens faces, second would simply be so that I could suit. A free suit would be amazing, seeing as I really do not make that much money, I will be a student for a little while yet.

I've been into the fur fandom since I was 6 years old, I've never been able to afford a fursuit because my funds have all been devoted to working and paying off bills and a car. Sure I've had the ability in the past to go to cons. I've had to save and scrimp every penny I've ever had to even think or dream of getting a fursuit. I've watched countless friends of mine throw down hundreds if not thousands of dollars they earned in a week while I make a decent amount now I've never been one to beg or borrow much. I'm not even a good artist in my own rights.

Okay why should I get a Fursuit for gods sake?
I'm in this Fandom for 7 years now and Suits always had a very strong magic to me.
Since my first Eurofurence I would love to get a Fursuit, but as you know, they are not cheap. Especially with my char :<
Three EF's ago I had the chance to wear a fursuit for the first time in my life. It was on the last day of EF and not much people were around, but normally guests aka Hoomans were already back in the hotel, so I got to suit for an older pair and also some children and that was absolutely awesome. They liked it and I LOVED it <3
At New Years Eve that year I was allowed to wear that suit again, I was in it like all night long. I danced, I partied and I nearly died :P Since then I really really want a suit.
Since then, most of the people I hang out with in the fandom are suiters. I'm at a lot of suit events and stuff, but if your always just a spotter it gets frustrating.
So I'm not that excited about Suitwalks anymore :(
And also my mate gets his own suit somewhen this year.. and I feel a little bit left behind.
He can afford his, it's also a long dream come true for him. But it will still take me years to save money for my own.

Reason: Since our new addition to the family money is a little tight and the lil man takes up most of my time so making my own would be hard for me to do. What i would use the fursuit for is we are trying to get another convention going in Nashville. We have everything almost finished just need to do promoting and a few quirks behind the scenes. Reason: Ok, Sorry if this is a bit long, but I hope ya'll read this. I make fursuits. But I am certainly no pro. Kodiak has a fullsuit, but I would like to enter for him to win the head. Reason being, is I have tried to make him a head several times, and I keep making it far too large or messing it up. Now, Kodiak is disabled, Autistic. I really really want him to win this, because he is on SSI and he will NEVER be able to afford a good head. The furry fandom is his LIFE. It really is all he has. i used to work at the TN Aquarium as one of their mascots, and fell in love with the idea of being able to make people smile with cuteness, and i love to see the smiles i get walking around town now with just a tail and collar. it's a very nice feeling.

REFERENCE DESCRIPTION! Rive Cosmic is a saber tiger with teal fur, purple stripes and a white belly. His head hair is all white, bangs and spikes in the back. Pearly white fangs and teeth compliment his white head hair. He is extremely athletic and has a somewhat built body. He recently got a tattoo of a saber tiger on his right arm. He has normal legs like a human would but his feet and hands still resemble his saber tiger ancestry. Though saber tigers had short tails his mother was a snow leopard, which is the reason for his longer tail.
I am doing this obviously for a chance to win a suit, but it is not for myself. I would like to have my friend Josh suit with me at events and what not. Why do I like to have a Costume. Easy! I want one because I have not gotten around to make one let alone buy one because my lack of funds ( lol common story) I could make one if I tried But I too busy to make one. This costume would be fun to have in the house because My daughter would enjoy it as much as I would. I remember one day when I was playing guitar at school a year or so ago and a kid having a bad day walks up and starts listening. He smiled and listened to me till I had to stop playing for class. That kind of happiness that I brought to him with music, I want to bring that kind of happiness with a suit. I don't like seeing others sad at all, and when I see them , I want to make them happy. I know that with a suit, I could parade around and make people happy. I would go to public events and charities, trying to just bring a smile to everyone. I would love to have a suit. I'd like to start off by saying I've been apart of the Furry fandom for as long as I can remember. I got pregnant at 16 and had a baby so now I definately cannot afford a fullsuit. All my money that I get from child support or occassionally helping my grandmother for some quick cash goes to her. Which I don't mind at all. I want her to have everything. I don't have a job and dropped out of school. So my chances of ever going to a con or having a fullsuit are very slim. But what I would like to do with a suit is go to the Cancer Kids at my local hospital. I think they need a smile more than anyone I know. Also, my 2 year old seems to take intreset in fursuiter when we watch them on youtube together. I think it would be great if she could wake up to me in one standing over her crib.

6. The reason I'm entering is because I got my first fursuit late August for a birthday present for myself (quite the pricey one, over $850). Unfortunantly, the maker used hot glue in places instead of sewing, and now the head is falling apart. The bacalava is pulling from the resin head, and from the fur, the elastic has completly pulled off the fur and the bacalva, and it makes it hard to open the mouth of the suit and breathe. I showed the issue (since this happened in November, and I had only worn the suit for short periods about 4 times). I was never looking for work to be done, or a free suit, but was told thats just how she does things. I wanted her to know what was happening when using a resin head, so the mistakes wouldnt persist in the future. However, I havent really been able to do much with Sikes head since. If I wear him, I have to use major hankerchiefs to tie a knot to catch the elastic, and I have to use my hands to still open the mouth. I've tried fixing it a bit, but a new head would be a lot off my mind. As for the feet paws, well Id like to do outside activities as well as inside, since I live in MN and we dont have nice weather all year. I do parades and outside events a lot, and Id like to wear the feet as well.

The reason I would like to see this made for her is because she has in the past taken the steps to get this suit made and some how the suit got part;y made but ended up at another suit-makers hands and forgotten. I am not sure, I know that she paid for part of it but she never saw anything come from it. She and I are recent friends, she has grown to be my best friend and one I hold in higher esteem than some of my own family. Reason:
The reason for wanting a partial/fursuit of my character is because I used to have one of my character that I made myself. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to breath under the head, so I send it off to someone to fix it. The person told me that it was non fixable because of the materials I used to make her and it would been better to have a new head. I didn't have much cash to get a new one, so I assume the person thrown her away. I would LOVE to get a new and upgrade partial for Hope and I would be real honored to have one of her so I can finally have her for upcoming fur cons and rock it out from the awesome people who made her. :)

This character isn't mine, I did design her, but she's my best friend's fursona. No I'm not entering myself. I want my best friend to receive the free partial. As to why, well, there may be a paragraph of explanation, I hope you don't mind. Well here it goes. Felisha, my best friend has been the most amazing person to me since I met her my junior year of high school. She has helped me out so much during school with Algebra and Geometry that it amazes me. Even though she was only a sophomore, she would sit down with me, and explain it to me in different ways to help me rather than give up on me. She always was there when I needed her. When I graduated, I so believed that others would show up to my open house,. I was wrong. I was feeling like I was an extreme nobody, and only there with my family, until Felisha walked through the door with her mom, she hugged me and told me, " I promised I'd be here, told you I'd come no matter what." She even came around for my birthday, and gave me gifts, when with me struggling for money, I couldn't return to her. She than amazed me. She than knew I wanted to see my fiancee who lives near her own, which she would be going to see Feb 14th of this year, she knew I badly wanted to go and knew I was saving up to try and do it, that's when she told me, " Get at least $500 and I'll help with the rest of your flight." I did, and she kept her promise, the flight costed $823.40, which is like $300 and something she had given me, and helped by my ticket. I couldn't ask for a better best friend than her. I would love to see you guys make this partial for her, because she seems to love the lime green rave partial I have and I figured by entering this giveaway, I could give back to her, even just a bit, it would be amazing to both her and myself. Because I honestly owe her so much, because of everything she has done, being the best friend that I have ever had. Full appearance: Mammothtail Fox, (like a regular fox, but with a bigger, more snuggly tail, Big enough to loop over his shoulder (which he often does) or big enough for maximum snuggage when people use his tail like a feather boa. I already plan to save up as much as I can in order to go to Fur-Eh, as this will be my -very first- Furry convention (I usually dont travel outside the city). Reason -
I had a mare in foal and the night she began to give birth we all were with her wanting her not to be alone incase of any complications. Unfortunately there was a serious complication, the foal was born brain damaged, it's type is what's knowen as 'barking foal' it is where it makes a barking cough like sound. She was unable to stand and it is important for a foal to feed soon after it is born, so my friend and I helped her stand and tried to get her to feed from the mare but she simply couldn't figure out what to do. We did everything we could and had called a vet at the first signs of trouble and not even the vet could save her. So I created a kirin character in the little filly's honour. She was a beautiful liver chesnut colour and I would love to fursuit her in memory of her, but kirin's are a rare and difficult to make, but I know you guys would make her awesomly.

The reason I want one is because ever since using my friends I just don't feel complete as a furry when I am at cons and meets without one. However I cannot afford one because I have to save my money to study abroad at Oxford University in England next year and save money so I can go to confuzzled. That being said I wont be able to buy one for a good 2 years because of student debt and what not. I can't afford to buy one because I need to help pay for college because I want my parents to eventually retire so I try not to rely on them for money.

Also, if anyone's interested I entered this contest because I've never been able to get up enough money to buy a fursuit. That's right, don't have one and naver have had one. But well, when you only work a summer job and make $2,000 a year, what can you do, right? My reason for wanting to join this contest: well i would say i am not the most creative when it comes to making things, especially furry type things. it's a main reason as to why i don't own any fursuits nor partials to fursuits. i've been wanting at least a partial for my chracter ever since i created him. i've attempted and had several fails, resulting me in having a ginjinka version of him instead with an uncooperating set of ears and tail that are falling apart on me.... my funds are also very low due to tuitition being raised for college and having no job for most of the year. i get jealous seeing others at a furry con and im not even acknowledged for even attempting to wear someting. i'm just a random person in the crowd who isn't worth the time...i saw this as a good chance to see my character come alive the way he should be. i plan to actually come out of my timid shell more and join the furry parade among the others instead of being a nobody.

This is Mara Cat. She's my oldest anthropomorphic character I've got. In fact she is what got me into the furry fandom. I've always wanted to cosplay and fursuit as her, but sadly my fursuit skills are sorely lacking. (another view of her http://www.furaffinity.net/view/6237261/).
Why do I want to enter in? I've a passion for cosplay, a real love of getting into character and having people really enjoy the performance you can give as an artist. It isn't just about looking cool and trying to be the center of attention, but rather putting on a performance, and the world is your stage! I understand my character is simple, the hardest part are the cat eyes and the hair with red tips, but she holds a special place in my heart. I would commission her normally, but, well, I am using my art at the moment to help pay my bills, which means there isn't a lot of spending money to be had.

I'm currently a college student first year and I always wanted to go to a Con specifically the one in my area and furmeets but I'm extremely shy. With a fursuit I would be able to go and be more outgoing since I would be hiding myself. I was going to make my own unfortunately my funds have dropped due to last minute things and college so I was unable to do so. I also know this is 1/1000000 or more chance of even making it but you know what why not everyone has a chance in this and I want to take that chance. Reason: As someone said above, lack of funding for a suit. I would love to have my suit so that I can entertain with it. I love dancing and bouncing around, and the kids I live arond all love my old tail, which is getting ragged. It would be awesome to be able to perform for them in a better suit, and be able to better connect to my own sona - who also loves to perform. I even have been able to connect with children with disabilities here with simply my tail. Having more of a suit may allow me to connect with them more and help them better incorporate them into society to some degree. For example, a child who is 8 years old and never spoken a work has been able increase his vocabulary while simply hanging out with me when I'm wearing my tail. Something his own parents haven't been able to accomplish.
For me my sona is who I am, and I would be able to work better as him and not this pile of flesh.

her birthday is january 31. she has been a fur since she was 10 but threw out her whole life she has been threw hell...like the worst things ever. touchy feely people (REALY TOUCHY FEELY PEDO STATUS) and abuse from her parents and even abandonment from them.
her family wont accept her and frankly they prety much shun and ignor her.
when she came out to them about being gay they REALY shunned her. she isnt alowd to get a job or even work for her family because of such. i dont know why but they wont alow her. they always put her down for such and never let her be able to just try for an application.
she has been tryng to get a suit but for one that wont allow her.
she is a very big activest in lgbt and infact always goes to walks and aids walks and such and would always wear it out. Wed be sure to advertize u :3
but for her she is very shy and almost went out of being furry since well.. there were people tryng to and still tryng to kill her.

I'd love to win this for either myself or Sazume. For Sazume, he is my mate, the one I love and the one who loves me. He makes me very happy and I'd love to see him romping in a fursuit of himself! Well, when he's not working in the Artist's Alley or on staff duty. He's never had a suit before, not even a partial! I'd like to fix this when I can. Your suit would be worn by him all over. I'd get him to suit up with me and romp in our local parks, run around during parades and around the local festivals and such. Wild Lapeer especially. I'd also get him to help me out with the mentally and physically handicapped folks at TeamWork. We have collective birthdays each month and celebrate holidays for them too. They love my partial and I'm sure they'd love him as a dragon!
I'd have a tough time, deciding who to ask for, because if I'd ask for me, some of the same reasons. I'd love to have my new fursona as a fullsuit, with a few minor areas of padding...for my own reasons. As far as reasons why i would like to be considered for the suit is the following. I am a big fan of creating that special feeling in the hearts of children and adults alike, Seeing i am a professional magician i am quite accustomed to performing. I get such a thrill when some child or adult's day is made brighter by the magic i perform , whether it be in suit or not. It gives me a purpose in life. I have never been touched so deeply when I performed for Give Kids the World, in Florida.. A feeling of being complete fills me when i was performing there.

I would love to get this fursuit. After a lot of talking my boyfriend has finally accepted that I'm a furry (and he accepts furries in general). We have been together for 3,5 years now and all this time I have been trying to figure out if I wanted to be part of this. When I was really sure, I had to tell him, but he couldn't really accept it. I have always wanted a suit! But due to being a graduating highschool student, going into college is kind of depressing because I will not have the time or money to make my own, when working full time and going to school.
A suit would be a dream come true for me, as wearing my first one at FC 2011, I stayed out for 5 hours! Not realizing how long I had been in it due to having an awesome time, until I passed out from heat exhaustion, which being pretty fit surprised me! :P it was such a great feeling , and I did not know when my next chance to wear one would be, so I wanted to have as much time in it as possible! I'm a wusky named Cetra. My fur colors are moreso a light brown/orange with a light creme belly/undertone. I often times faux hawk my head fur which is a darker red brown color. My tail has the typical husky curl, main color on top with the undertone on the bottom side. My main colors go down the front of my legs to about the knees where my undertones kick in on the backside of my legs/ inner rump and footpaws w/ black foot pads. I have an upbeat and bubbly personality but can handle and shift to being serious when the time needs. All in all this wusky just wants to have fun :D

I want a fursuit because fursuiting means not having other people judge you based on your human appearance. People always look at me and don't know whether Im a boy or a girl, and sometimes settle on the wrong one.. yikes!! Fursuiting helps me out with letting me ease up, not having to worry about that anymore.

I've never had a commission, but I've made this description: I am a black, blue, and white husky. My feet and arms are black on the front and white on the back, blending together on the sides of each leg and arm. My feet and hands are white. My muzzle, chin, and cheeks are white. Right above the nose, the fur fades into black and is black up in between the eyes and on all parts of the head then down the back. In between the ears is a dark blue tuft of hair. The ears are black on the back and sides, and a dark gray on the inside. The ears start at a medium base then move up to a curved point. I have one blue eye and one black eye. My tail starts as black, fading into a grayish-blue tip.
I want to be selected because I will not be able to afford any type of furry items for a long time. I'm currently in college trying to earn my degree, and I work at the same time in order to be able to pay the rent. Student loans and debts are in my mind on top of that, and will be with me for a while. I still have at least three more years of schooling, and my loans are equivalent to about 80,000 fursuits as of now. My mom was eligible to retire over seven years ago, but she is still working in order to support the family at home and some of us away at school. I'd like to be selected because it is not something I will be able to afford for some time. Being a fur for five years now, obtaining any sort of furry gear would make me happy.

6. Further Confusion 2010, I got to try on my friend's fursuit for a little while and instantly fell in love. Even before, I always thought it to be fun to try, and I was right! It's so fun to run around entertaining people without feeling as self-conscious. I don't own one, and since I already waste money on being a multi-instrumental musician, it's hard to save for a fursuit. I've researched a good amount into creation and maintenance of fursuits, but even making one costs too much for me. Which surprises me as to your reason for shelling out such an amazing deal like this, especially considering how good you are at it! I'll try to give you a little idea of why I would love a fursuit. :)
I actually joined the fandom for the sole purpose of one day owning my very own fursuit. When I was in college, I was the school mascot for awhile. I really loved the feeling I'd get when I would see the smiles on people's faces; it was truly something special.
Unfortunately, my supervisor and I were not always on the same page when it came to running the mascot program. This, along with my hectic class schedule to my resignation. When I felt that I was ready to return to the mascot team, my supervisor was less than welcoming. Long story short, I never got to be the mascot again. :(
I don't remember how it all happened anymore, but I eventually stumbled across some photos of some fursuiters at a convention. I was excited to see that there were other people who enjoyed wearing a fursuit, and I decided to find out more about these people. This is when I discovered the furry fandom. :)
Anyway, I would love to own my very own fursuit, but I haven't been able to find any jobs. I also have student loans to repay, and without any income, it looks as though it will be years before I can even think about getting a fursuit. If I had a fursuit, I would most likely wear it to MFF this fall, and I would be much more likely to visit other conventions and local furmeets. I would wear the suit as often as I could, because there is nothing quite like the feeling you get when you become someone else. Even more special, though, is seeing the joy that a fursuit can bring to those around you. :)

Apologies in advance as I tend to get carried away when I'm telling stories, just how I roll. X3
I'm by no means new to the fandom, have actually been a furry since I was 12 (over half my life), albeit a very quiet and shy one. Always too scared to strike up a conversation with people, though I was still fairly active in the community itself, I just had issues with social anxiety at that age. I did have a furry friend about 4 years older than I was/am who had a fursuit and let me try it on a few times. Looking back it was a shabby old thing, but I was amazed by it back then. xD Although it was just him in the room, I felt like all my worries, nervousness, and shyness just sort of disappeared when I had it on. It was fun and I came out of my shell a bit back then!
Decided I wanted to be the guy surrounded by good friends instead of the guy sitting on the sidelines just wishing about it. Glad to say that I made a TON of progress last year in that regard! I have a ton of new friends and even plan on attending my first con (MFF 2012) this year! I also decided recently it would be the best time to start building up a fund for a fursuit. It's nonexistant at the moment (LITERALLY started less than a week ago), but I intend on trying!
To my family, friends, and some fellow furs, I'm a very huggable, snuggable person who gets along with everyone! I just find myself reacting distantly to the attention, as though it would be weird if I accepted all of the hugs and cuddles. xD I'd like to get myself OUT of that bubble, and I do feel that if it was the same as it was when I was a child, a suit would help me get over this silliness. I wouldn't mind giving out free hugs, taking pictures, doing bizarre stuff on a whim, the whole nine yards, things I would never see myself doing outside of one. People that have chatted with me on the internet would think I'm already this person, but face to face, unless you're a really good friend, this isn't so. People tend to take well to my fursona (or just Shiba Inus in general. x3), and in my mind it would be so awesome to actually let people actually hug a physical manifestation of such a guy, especially my youngest niece and nephew. x3 By nature I love making people happy, but have trouble finding a way to express it sometimes, as my past shyness has made people that have known me for years find it out of character, though I'm hoping to break though that!
That said, I now intend to do a bit of conning and eventually a bunch of local fursuit meets in the future (with or without a fursuit, it's not REQUIRED for a good time! ^^) Things that I honestly never thought I'd do a year ago. x3

Reason: I have a couple of reasons for wanting a fursuite. I have always wanted to get a fursuit, but have never had the money to get one. I can't work because of a severe onion allergy, and really bad wrist pain. The other reason I want on is for my young nieces. They are furries in the making, and I would love to get to dress up for them and put on little shows and entertain them. ^^ I let them help me in coming up with colors for my free adopts, so I would love to get to do something awesome in return.

Reason? Hermmmmm.. While being still... KINDA new to the furry side of LIVING.. i have recently made a lot of fur suiting friends. As anyone knows, im more the camera man then the one in front of the camera. To be able to actually join in the antics would be absolutely fantastic!

6. I have never been able to save up the money to buy a fursuit, and I am way too shy to actually go to a furmeet, but I feel that if I have a suit of my character, I will feel more comfortable and able to meet new people. :)

Reason: I do not have the money to afford a fursuit, let alone a partial. If I fursuit I have to borrow one from a friend but it is not the same because I am fursuiting another character, and not me. And I like going out and about in suit [even if its not mine] because it means that I can show other furs not to be afraid to express themselves for who they are. The last con I went to, I met a girl who had gotten punched because she told someone she was a fur... she was afraid to think about suiting until she saw me in a borrowed partial with my friend. It felt nice to give her courage and I want to do the same with a partial that is me.

Why I want a fur suit: I am going to a con this year for the first time and, of course, I want to cosplay, but I don't have any because I'm a poor college student. I am working on making a Creed cosplay but that is proving to be a challenge so I know that there would be no way I could make a fur suit myself. If you pick me I would be ecstatic and when I wear it to the con I'd take lots of pictures in it and show you, I'd probably also wear it to work on Halloween because we have this contest every year were our costumers decided which employee has the best costume and I think I could win! Please pick me X3

First off the fact that you would even do a contest for a suit is totally cool, and I'm glad I was linked here, because I'll keep watching, your just that cool. X3
Now, well you asked what adventures we would want to have in our suit...well, 2011 was the first year I got to go suiting ever! I loved it, I had my suit for 2 years waiting to get to go to a con and show off :3
I love to act and play with the furs at cons, and I love to see how many different fursuit artists make their suits. I want to have a collection of fursuits of my character, and I will be proud of every one. <3
I want to wear him and show him off, really have a good time. :3 After all that's what they are for. :3

I want to go back home to my parents house, and surprise my little brother.
I moved out last year and I don't get to visit as much as I would like to, and he means an awful lot to me.
I think he was the most affected when I moved out, being only 7 at the time, he looked up to me quite a bit.
But alas, I had to follow life's flow and ended up moving away.. Whats worse is I missed his 8th Birthday last week due to lack of funding, and I want to make it up to him.
Now I know people will question the truthfulness in this, but I can swear on my soul that he means more to me than anything.
This is a chance for me to get a fursuit faster then I could by saving the cash, and id use it mainly to make my brother, my family, and all of those kids that want a fluffy hug (cus I know I always did) smile.
I would cry if I managed to get this, I really would. And the first thing I would do is get to my hometown and give my little brother one hell of a hug, 'cus he needs his big bro, and I need him.

Reason - I have a little sister with autism who really likes my character. She always asks why there are animals like him (fursuits) and if she'll ever see my character too. I also take care of my little cousin and we play around pretending to be made up characters, it'd be nice to have something to represent mine, as she has a little dress to use as her's. It feels really nice to make little kids smile when you play pretend games with them.

many storrys who deserve to win your contest. I am around in the
fandom for quite a long time and participated many conventions and
meetings. I saw many people with amazing fursuits performing and
having fun. Since the first time, I wanted to be part of this, too.
Bringing live to Draconius, which is part of life for such a long time.
I tried severel times, to build one by myself, but I stopped
cause I ran out of time or was not happy how it will look when done.

Now, here is my personal back story.
Okay. When I was little, my cousin's friend used to suit all the time. They used to take me to cons, dressing me up in costumes that I didn't even understand. And I would see ALL of the fursuiters running around and enjoying every second they had in those suits. I used to pretend to be animals all them time when I was a kid. Then I ran into some suiting videos again when I was thirteen, and I realized how badly I wanted to become a suiter. I want to be able to go to conventions with my cousin and her friends, and some of my friends, and be able to be one of those furries, entering contests, and making people happy xD. My sona has been apart of my life for a very long time, and I really would like to see her in suit form. :3

Oh, and this is my character sheet. My tablet has been borrowed, so I wasn't able to digitally draw a picture. But, here is the information, just in case you can't read the writing.:
Name: Poxmitzer, or, Pox for short.
Gender: Female.
Species: Wolf/Alaskan Malamute.
She is a feral/furry/anthro.
Accessories: Goggles or Sunglasses. (Which I had, the only real thing I have that my character would wear xD.)
Her fur color is a solid black, but she has a white underbelly which runs from muzzle to between her hind legs.
Her paws are black, like the rest of her body, but her toes are white, equipped with purple claws. Her front left and hind right paw pads are black, and her front right and hind left paw pads are purple. She has little triangular hashes along the black lines of her muzzle, which bend with the shape of her muzzle. Her eyes are both the same purple color in the iris, with black pupils. Her tail has a striped purple and black pattern, same thing with her ears. Around her right eye there is a purple spot, and under her left eye are three little spots the got along the shape of her eye. Bangs are optional, (But I would like them on the suit.) they are black with purple highlights, or just plain black. Her nose and tongue are purple as well.

Now Id really love to go there with a fursuit of course. The suit itself is no problem. but Im so untalented getting a nice headpart done x.x
