Well, it's that time of the month again...

...rents coming up. -.-
i only have 60$ to my name and only a week and a half to make the other 350$ for rent, 86$ for electric due on the 3rd. i hate my 'job' as it keeps me 6-9 hours 4 days a week, but only pays me maybe 50$ a week, its commission only. the job allows me to work on art commissions in my down time, but i dont have any :\ all the trades i owe are sculptures that i dont have sculpey for. I'm stressing out because this time it's my boss screwing me over. he was supposed to make my 1 bedroom into an office (since Cody & I live in the living room) but he wont pay half the rent until i can repleace the carpet since he is allergic to cats and the current renters have a cat. which i have to pay to replace the carpet after i explain it to the apt complex. :\ i'm not supposed to have pets here so i really shoul of thought out that situation. -.- i'm too nice and it sucks that i always seem to put myself into these situations. thankfully i just got accepted for food assistance, so at least everything i make can just go towards rent. cant get on cash assistance because im not a parent. anyway... anything helps, i have a crapton of commission options from 1$-60$ so please take a look at my commission prices journal.

Also, I'm rather confused (I might just be stupid), but I thought he was moving out of state. Why would it matter if there was a cat in the room if he's not even gonna be around? (again, I might have just missed something.) And if he just makes it harder for you to make rent by not paying for half just cuz of the room, he does realize that he might not have a room to make into the office? =/ And I thought I was in a screwy situation. I'm sorry, hun.

That cat situation makes no darn sense to me either. If your boss actually PAYS the rent and MUST have the carpet replaced the carpet can be PAID to be replaced. If he will not pay to replace it, ask him to pay to clean it professionally which he may find out is more logical and economical. It is not your fault the current renters have a cat so why does he expect you to pay for something you have nothing to do with? It smells like a poor excuse for a cop out to me.
