Back when I was dying a sure death from overworking, overeating, and from profound stress, this track was a sort of 'audio therapy' for me. That's how it can be when your RL notepad journals just aren't enough to keep you from making a decision that would destroy your life with the utmost certainty.

Then later on in life, I developed a healthy interest in Super Smash Bros. Melee, an unhealthy interest in the Silent Hill series, and a 'last ditch effort' reminiscence over the games of the Sega Genesis era ("Sega Genesis Collection" - PS2).

Silent Hill's torn, bloody, dilapidated 'otherworld' and the home I lived in back then shared some stark similarities...
