Hippymouse, I know what you are going through... I've been there several times... I finally just decided that if there was ever going to be another man anywhere close to my life again they would just be a room mate, I'll be single till the day I die, I've found it easier that way for the most part, Just think only half the groceries and you can come and go as you please. About the only living being that graced my door step was my dog's Bandit and Chance, of which both gave me unconditional love and true companionship, and now thanks to our government I can't even afford to have a dog. I'm offering hugs if that will help.
