I woke up with a nasty bout of heartburn. Ate a couple of Tums, checked my email.
Well. Here's the lowdown.
I'm working on a project with some classmates for my Production Team class. There's 7 of us, and I didn't get to do a whole lot for the class, so I came up with a small series of pictures for the credit sequences. I showed everybody the sketches, then everybody the inks. This was over the course of two weeks. I go ahead and color them, and build the credit sequence.
We are now two weeks before the project is due, and two people in the group, both of which have had more than three weeks to say something, say that the pictures are not enough "on model" and that unless I fix them... they aren't going to use them.
Wait.... What? YOU'VE HAD THREE WEEKS TO FUCKING SAY SOMETHING, AND YOU WAIT UNTIL TWO WEEKS BEFORE THE PROJECT IS DUE TO SAY SOMETHING?!
And what's even better?
They don't understand what I'm getting upset about. Had they said something when I first brought the drawings up, then no problem, I wouldn't have had a problem changing them up.
But, no. They waited until I was completely done with them to say something.
The model sheet that the main instigator drew up... to be honest... looks like ASS, and I didn't want to draw a character that looks like ASS. The facial structure is terrible, the character is incredibly bland and plain, and what's even better?
The model used in the actual project, DOESN'T LOOK LIKE THE MODEL SHEET EITHER!!!
Fuck them. Seriously. We are far too behind in this fucking project to suddenly start being anal retentive.
To pile another load of crap on today for me...
I'm going to fail one of my 3D modeling classes.
It took me too long to get the hang of unwrapping a character. I'm now so far behind it's pointless to continue trying. So I'll fuss with the models and get them ready for the next time I take the class.
I'm sad.. upset.. and angry.
My friends are having fun, having BBQ's, enjoying themselves...
I'm stuck in a freaking cold computer lab or at work, by myself.
I'm feeling so freaking lonely right now, it's disgusting.

I had worked on a different project, so when I came to this class, I was put on a project I had no clue on.
Had the teacher said it was ok, I would have been working on my previous project that I started, and did the majority of the work for.
He raged at the world, at his family, at his life. But mostly he just raged.

Sorry about the zipping thing, I have no idea what that even means but it sounds hard...I hope you'll be able to get past all ths current crap that's chucked your way to find the 'silver lining' so to speak. Bottleneck, but you should be out soon, I hope.
Um. Plus. Your group members are whores. If they don't like the picture after having that long to complain, then fuck it, they can do all the work and when there's turns out to be shit and yours is all completed and nice they'll sigh at your knees and beg for yours to be used.

One of my other teammates (one who's just as frustrated with the whole thing as I am) told the intial instigator, "If you want it to look like the model sheet so badly, you draw them."
