It all depends on what you want to do or what you like. If you want to do a general meet to get to know people, then I would suggest a cheap fast food meet or even a library meet if you don't want people at your house. It would be something I would try.

If it's a food meet, everyone should bring money to chip in with buying. In my opinion, a library meeting wouldn't be the best because people usually have to be quiet in there, just saying. Honestly, your house sounds pretty good, unless that would bring unwanted complications. If not, maybe a mall somewhere?

The mall would be a pretty bad idea to be honest. the food idea would be plausible. and if we did do a library meet i'd try and get one of the big rooms for everyone.

*nod* From our experiences, folks tend to be a little more comfortable with public meets than ones at a person's house, etc.

Maybe another main event idea would be to see a movie or maybe even go and fur up a shopping center

Id be intersted depending on where it is. Food meet would be cool, what sort I dunno.

I think a meet would be wonderful, I'm always up for meeting new people and hanging out ^.=.^
