CPFM Campout date problem

So we have run into a bit of a pickle. and I'm talkin the nasty "bread and butter" pickles, BLECK!!
We were wanting to rent this certain pavilion that we have had our eyes on for a while, but we were limited on funds till we got back from Furry Fiesta to know what we have to play with. SOOOooooo, when I get back and check the availability for the damn thing it is taken for the whole month of what we wanted to use it.
FUCKING ASSCRACKERS!!!!!!
So I am a bit upset...
I looked into it and the only dates that I have available at the moment are as follows:
May 18-20
July 6-8
aug (all- so far)
Oct (the first 2 weekends)
we wanted to have it the first weekend of june, but it doesn't seem it will happen unless we just do what we did last year and and I just come in early on thursday and take that spot (first come first serve) but there is always that risk of not getting it. *SIGHS*
So here is what I need from everyone on here, I need to know what dates above work the best if you are wanting to come and I need to know SOON, as those dates can easily be taken too if we are not quick about it.

other than that I have no opinion, I say pick a good middle ground if you want to be successful.
pros:
-nice length of time to save up after both furry fiesta and wild nights
-weather should be calmer(no tornadoes popping out of no wear)
- well before oklacon so no hinder on that
cons:
- school will be starting soon so might put a damper on who is able to attend
- weather may end up like last year and still be hot as hell and dry.
pretty much thats what i can think of. hope it helps.
