1. I wanna choose my dude  Charem who is apparently the one you already drew into your example and that fits just great into my idea! (~.=.o)
2. I thought of two preys. The first one would be you, Stoormor and the other one would be my dily self Marc the ShinyTotodude:
As ref for my dily self:
I am Marc the shiny Totodile, also called Shiny or ShinyTotodude. I'm a 2.6 feet small turquoise Totodile(five fingers at each paw and three toes at each foot) with a marineblue construct of backplates and a small tailplate. I also have a yellow "V" on my chest like every Totodile usually has. I wear black and metal designed headphones which have a round shape and a yellow "♪" sign on each side(I can stick a microphone to them to do karaoke if I want to). I also wear a black vest that have fringes where a jacket would have its sleeves and also fringes at the down border of the vest. The vest has a hole on the back so that I can stick my backplates through it. On the vest is a marineblue square pattern that goes allaround the vest on the chest height. There are two pockets at the vest which got zippers like the vest in general has. A feature that my vest has is a silver metal chain that is connected from my left pocket to a spot a bit on the left on the back of the vest. It usually hangs down to my upper leg.
Arround my neck I wear a red scarf which also has a yellow "♪" sign just like the headphones. Arround my left wrist I wear a silvergrey MP3-Bluetooth-wristband which has iceblue buttons to switch between the songs saved on it. All my gear is waterprooved. =3

My characteristics: funloving, sunny mooded Totodile who loves music and dancing, playing and meeting with friends who tends to use words like "dudes" or "totodily", he is sometimes a bit innocent, childish and naive but his friends like that about him. He loves people who are bigger than him because he wants to grow bigger. He hopes that he will be able to reach everything and be a bigger help for his friends when he is big and impressive. He lives together with his best freind and roommate Brakk, an anthro Totodile who can shapeshift and owns the house in both are living in. Marc is hardworking and honest, always trying to help out others and happy to cheer them up if needed. Making new friendships tends to be easy for him and his active open attidude makes him admired by his dudes. He works as a trainee at the Lamplight Labs, a big inustrial facility which concentrates on all kinds of scientific technologies and the creation of new inventions. He also likes the art of Inflation because he likes balloons, bubbles and all kind of growy stuff. He hopes Inflations might help him to grow naturally as well. Marc can hold his breath ufor hours and can recover from bursting through a spell a friend spoke over him. He is weak against scary things like ghosts and such and is very ticklish. He gets very sad when someone treats him bad and makes fun of his size but a hug,a cuddle or sweet things like fruits, berries or chocolate syrup get him happy in no time again.

As you can see, my jolly and playful nature fits quite the spot of plushies. (-^.=.^-)

3. There's tundra type landscapes, forest landscapes, abandoned cities.. There's quite a bit of ideas.

For a tundra (arctic) setting, it would probably be nothing original there. You get eaten by a feral wolf plushie that may be one of your most prized possessions and in return, he just wants to protect you. (I can understand if that seems awkward, especially since we haven't met! lol)

For an abandoned city, perhaps this: You are walking along an alleyway full of toys and trash scattered about. You find the plushie on the ground and decide to take it with you. You decide to take a nap and when you wake later, you are in a completely different place.

I'll go with why I was afraid.... When I was little I thought toys (specifically dolls and plushies) were just asleep. They slept durring the day and when everyone went to sleep they came to life. I'd get really worried when I would break or damage a toy, thinking it would get revenge on me at night....

SO, yea I'm weird, but that would be the reason, because I (or we in this case) had been playing with him and either broke off an eye or got a tear in him and he is exacting his revenge at night...
