TNA WRESTLING FILES ILLEGAL TAKEDOWN NOTICE!!!!!

TNA Wrestling has filed a DMCA takedown notice against the LordKaT Stream at live.lordkat.com (hosted through justin.tv/twitch.tv) for playing an AC/DC song they had licensed.
There are two problems with this takedown notice:
1) TNA only licenses the song. They do NOT own the copyright, therefore they do NOT have the authority to file a takedown notice.
2) LordKaT pays SoundExchange fees, which means he is LEGALLY AUTHORIZED to play copyrighted music as if he were a radio station. This means that even AC/DC isn't legally authorized to file a DMCA on this matter.
Although the stream will likely be back up within 24 hours, this kind of activity can not be allowed to stand. TNA's actions are COMPLETELY ILLEGAL and must be stopped. This is NOT a grey area, the law is very clearly defined on this matter. Spread word about this far and wide! Don't let corporations get away with this kind of crap!

I mean, Really? Are you serious?! Wow... I used to be one of the BIGGEST TNA Wrestling fans on the planet, then their product turned to shit with bad gimmicks and over the hill wrestlers. (Sting's over 50! Why is he still wrestling?!?)
This actually doesn't surprise me. That promotion hasn't been getting ratings, DVD sales or PPV buys it once had and has been hurting for cash for a while now with barely enough to pay their wrestlers. Hulk Hogan and Eric Bischoff have been bleeding that company dry. Doesn't shock me that their going the "easy way" and trying to sue to get their feet on the ground...
The only problem is that it's a slap of the wrist. There's no penalty to getting a DMCA notice wrong. If there were, we'd have a lot less of these!
So, contact your congresscritter!
At least it's not Germany!
