By commissioning me you understand and agree to the following:

YOU MUST BE AT LEAST 18 YEARS OLD TO COMMISSION ADULT AND MATURE WORK FROM ME, NO EXCEPTIONS

- I can work from detailed written descriptions, visual reference not necessary.

- I am an artist, not a psychic. If you do not specify precisely what you want, it's not my fault for not knowing. If there is something specific you want. I need to know! Send me as specific reference as possible (angle, pose, positioning etc) or I will end up winging it and doing what I think looks best. I will do my best to communicate your ideas visually, provided you do your best to communicate exactly what you want.

- I will only take payment via paypal, I don't have paypal at the moment so payment must be sent to my mate's paypal until I get one. Work will begin once I verify with him that payment has been received in full. I will note you with his info.

- I will send you a sketch for approval, at this time changes can be requested, I will resketch until you are satisfied with everything. At this time a refund can be requested. Please keep in mind I do all of my sketches with traditional media and that sketches are just a rough idea of what you can expect and is in no way indicative of the quality of the finished product.
After I begin Linework all changes are subject to additional charges. Minor changes like hue and saturation are exempt from this. Please specify if you would like me to keep you updated with Work in Progress shots of the work.

- On average a full colored piece takes me about a week to do, this is not guaranteed.I work pretty fast, I can guarantee your commission will be done in the span of weeks, never months unless the circumstances are extreme Ie. emergencies etc.

- All prices are in USD

- Upon completion I will email you a high resolution copy of the picture plus one re-sized to be submitted to your gallery.

- refunds will not be given once you've approved a sketch.

- I have the right to decline a commission for any reason.

- Do not color my lineart without my permission or alter my work in any way without my consent.

- When noting me about what you want done, please be as specific as possible as to what you want and give me enough reference as possible. Accuracy is my #1 goal but I can't do it alone.

Prices

****Detailed backgrounds classify as anything requiring linework or detailed painting/rendering of objects. I will do at no additional charge: textured and stylized backgrounds, simple wall/floor, sheets, solid color etc.

*Additional fees will be assessed for extremely detail characters or excessive clothing or accessories.

All of my linework and flat coloring is done with Paint Tool SAI, because SAI uses vectors the linework and flat colors will be crisp and precise. Shading/painting done in SAI, I now only use photoshop for adding texture and working large areas.
