Art trade and Commission suggestions, plz read for fair deal

Well... way tooo few users reads for art trade question related journal... I have the same question but few might be different. Does any good or amazing artist that opens for art trades? Do you opened for art trade as well? Please, answer this... I just really want to know and will deal for art trade for my ONLY decision because I'd like to see to draw my OC in a good to amazing styles.
In fact about that you may never knew about me. I am an Art Trader more than commissioner and I do art trade alot for my whole life because it's what I am really more enjoying to draw and more pleaded to see other artist to draw my main OC Colin too because it will makes me more happier.
Lastly, If you are commissioner and can't do art trade and draw for me? Well, I believe this is a very good questions for me. If you really want me to draw your character then... I suggest you to commission to my favorite, your favorite, or the great artist to draw my main OC Colin or your character with my main OC Colin for a commission to good or the great artist. If that happens then I will totally draw your character too for a special giftart that mean you will get doubled of our characters drawn by great artist and me for free for REAL! 8D Tho, males only because I'm very good at draw.
What you think? Is that really fair and perfect idea? If you want to suggest more deeper about art trade commissions is still welcomes to comment here or my note! Please, comment because I really want your opinion. If you are actually ready for Art Trade then please sent me note or comment here for my only decision! ^.=.^
(This is will be very last question if there is more comments from more watchers then I will not asking the same time again for the future... I feel really down and little depressed lately. I need to cheer up and more chatting with me I'm available to chat all the time and I'm very friendly and honest guy. I do RP alot and mature content and general is acceptable but if loving with me for real life is not acceptable.)
