YO.
By commissioning me you agree to every term of service in here. If any terms are breached, I can cancel your commission, with warning. A refund will be given based on what stage I'm in during the commission.
Terms of Service
1. I have the right to use the artwork in whatever way I please.
2. I OWN the rights. You may not use the artwork for money-gaining purposes, or vast distribution. You may discuss with me buying the rights.
3. If YOU commissioned the artwork, you may repost it with proper credit. But, if example, someone else commissioned artwork with your character in it, you may NOT repost it unless you ask me first.
4. I have the right to refuse any commission without giving reason. Usually that won't happen though.
5. Don't rush me, please. Though, if there is a reasonable time you'd like it to be finished, I may charge a small rush fee.
6. You may not crop my signature out of the picture.
7. If you are commissioning me, please check my gallery's current works to make sure you like my style. My anatomy may change with the personality of your character.
8. I will not draw copyrighted characters, except under certain instances (ask if curious).
9. I do accept private commissions, for an added fee (1/5th the commission price).
Payment
I accept USD money via Paypal ONLY.
Process of Payment
The way I go about payment is usually the following:
1. You give me all the details of your commission. After all details are given, payment is required.
2. I will ask for your paypal email and send you an invoice for the payment. This is the ONLY way I will take payment unless stated otherwise.
3. I make a rough sketch, and show you a WIP screenshot. This is the time to ask for any changes, as changes asked in any later process will be charged.
4. I will then finish the art after the sketch has been ok'd.
Info Needed for Commissions
I will need the following things for your commissions:
1. Visual refrence (I can't work of written, sorry). Also, no Second Life references, or references from other 3D game sources (unless you can provide a 2D image. I also do not take multiple references to build a character, nor do I do design commissions on a normal basis).
2. A general idea of what you want in the piece (unless you give me artistic freedom on that aspect).
3. What type of art you're commissioning (lineart, flats, full digital, chibis, ect).
ETA
Since I now live on my own and only plan to take 1-2 art classes at the community college local to me, I have a lot more time to work.
I estimate 1-3 days for artwork to be completed, possibly more if more characters are added to the piece, or if there are people ahead of you in the queue.
NOTE: All of these times are depended on my artistic status at the time. If I'm suffering through an art block at the time, things may take longer. If I'm on a very high art kick, I may work faster on your work.
Refunding
If you wish to cancel the commission for any reason, I will refund you for the work I have not yet completed. I will keep the money as payment for the work I have already completed, and give you the work as it is.
EX: You want to cancel a full digital commission while I have finished the flats. I will subtract the money for the flat work, keep that for myself, and give you the rest for the full digital.
Thank you very much for reading! If you commission me, please feel free to note me for updates during your commission!
