Terms and Conditions (Illustration Commissions)
YOU, The Customer/Commissioner
1.) May NOT re-post my work on another website or page without my permission, for example Facebook, Tumblr, etc.
2.) May “re-upload” or “re-post” their commissioned artwork on FA but MUST include a link back to my page at: http://www.furaffinity.net/user/lexifoxxx
3.) May NOT edit my work without my permission. Cropping images to use as icons on FA is allowed.
*If you wish to edit something I have drawn for you, you may make a written request to me by mail.
Please send your written request to the address above.
4.) May NOT commission a "possibly" or "confirmed" copyrighted character without expressed written consent from the owner(s).
I, The Artist
1.) I retain all rights to my original artwork of your character. I may use illustrations of your character to promote my work online, as well as at events and conventions.
2.) I reserve the right to refuse service for any commission I deem inappropriate.
3.) I reserve the right to cancel based on what I deem necessary at any time with or without warning.
If this happens I will issue a full refund.

What I will draw:
1.) G-Rated to X-Rated Artwork of Anthropomorphic Characters.
What I will not draw:
1.) I absolutely will not draw children, aka "cubs", in sexual situations or in situations that involve “dirty diapers” or in any other “perverse” situation. What I define as “perverse” is solely at my discretion.
2.) Bestiality (humans and animals together in sexual situations)
3.) Scat / Watersports / Blood Play
4.) Non-consensual sex, torture or anything of a violent and/or rape nature
5.) Heavy Vore, Ingestion, Inflation, and Heavy Gore (Light Blood is OK)
Pricing
1.) Prices may be negotiated (Please contact me through FA Private Message System)
2.) I reserve the right to change my prices
3.) There may be an extra charge for complicated details such as custom spots, stripes and/or patches/patterns. There may be an extra charge for hybrid creatures and wings.
Payment
1.) Payments for illustrations are due in full at the time of commission.
2.) Payments will ONLY be accepted through Paypal.
3.) There are NO refunds. (If there is a problem with your artwork, or your dissatisfied with the qaulity, please contact me, I will do everything I can within reason to solve your issue)
4.) California Residents will be charged 9% Sales Tax
5.) Please provide me with your Paypal, I will send you an invoice. Do not send money without receiving invoice.
6.). Your shipping address must match the PayPal shipping address.
Edits and Changes
1.) For color commissions of $100.00 and over (Reference Sheets below $100 will recieve this service), I will send a scanned proof sketch for approval by email. I will not start inking until the sketch is approved.
2.) No changes or edits will be accepted after the sketch is approved and inking is started.
3.) Sketched Proofs will not be sent for commissions under $100.00 nor for “Reference sheets or Badges
4.) All sketch proofed works may only be changed a maximum of 3 times. Please make your decisions on these changes wisely.
Streaming
1.) I may stream Commissions at my convenience but do not guarantee to stream every commission.
2.) I will honor all customer request to specifically not stream their commission.
3.) Viewers are expected to chat civilly in my streams. Those who do not act civilly will be banned from my stream.
Shipping and Handling
1.) Domestic customers, please add $5.00 USD to your order for Shipping & Handling
2.) International customers, please add $10.00 USD to your order for Shipping & Handling
3.) All packages will be shipped First Class via USPS (United States Postal Service)
4.) Domestic Packages within the United States will be shipped with “Delivery Confirmation”
5.) The “Delivery Confirmation” Number will be sent to you via FA Private Messaging System and Via PayPal
6.) Packages outside the United States WILL NOT be shipped with “Delivery Confirmation".
By commissioning me you agree to these terms and conditions set fourth in this document.
