Toaster This document describes the terms for my consent for the use of the Anthro Characters, for content creators and commissioners.
By depicting ANY of my Characters in ANY medium, you agree to the following terms:
(1) NONE of them are public characters, and shall not be depicted without the creator's permission. Including "gifts" and/or "surprises". You MUST notify me beforehand if you plan to use my characters in any media.
(2) No media of My Characters shall be posted without (Me) the creator's approval. This includes general releases of "Works in Progress" (WIPs). Before any media of my characters are posted, it must be approved by me.
(3) I have the right to order the removal of any media of my Characters for any reason.
(4) I have the right to post any media anywhere (with credit given to the artist, of course) that depicts My Characters. I can post without permission of the artist and at my sole discretion (unless special agreement is reached prior. Example of when this might apply: retail furry comics, art for exclusive furry art sites, etc)
(5) Credit for the characters must be present on all images of my Characters. I prefer to see *Character Name Provided* belongs to Storm-Crow in fine print somewhere on the image. The reasons for this are to prevent character Theft, and to provide due Credit to the Author of Said Character.
If these rules are not acceptable to you, you do not have permission to use my characters in any image.
This agreement is subject to change at any time at my personal Digression
