Thanks for considering commissioning me, I appreciate it so much!!!

**I use references for many of my pieces! please know this before commissioning me!
~It is the client's responsibility to provide all necessary information. I can't read minds! The client also has the ability to give me artistic freedom wherever they see fit
~I will require written permission from the owners of every participating character unless said person is clearly a significant other, close friend, etc
~If you have a deadline for a piece please let me know ahead of time! Otherwise it will be assumed there isn't one. When I say that I don't mean the piece will be done in an unreasonable amount of time, just that it will be done as soon as I am able to get to it
~I will not be responsible for false or incomplete information provided by the client- asking for changes not seen in the provided references may or may not result in an additional charge.
~I reserve the right to decline any commission/trade without citing a reason, and I reserve the right to cancel a transaction if the client is abusive or uncooperative
~Please be aware that I may or may not use references for pieces!
~I may or may not post any commissions I complete. If it is a present or surprise, it will be posted to my gallery after a specified date. I will not accept private commissions. Commissioners have 5 days to get back to me with any changes to their commissions.
~You may NOT alter my artwork in any way or pay someone to do so unless I give permission.

Payments/refunds:
~The cost of a commission varies from piece to piece depending on complexity, media and desired rights. Wings and complicated designs may cost extra.
~All payments are to be in USD, I only use paypal unless the deal was made face to face.
~I will require full payment in advance
~If the transaction is cancelled by the client, the client will receive a refund minus the amount for the work already done
~If I cancel a commission myself for whatever reason minus abuse/uncooperativeness, you will receive a full refund. Abusive/uncooperative clients will receive a refund minus payment for the work done, and will receive what art was finished for them.
~Payments must be tagged for services, not as a gift. Titles of payments must be neutral, SFW and not mention FurAffinity/ left blank
~Remember, just because the client has paid for my services in doing art for them doesn't mean they don't have to credit me for the piece, get to claim it as their own, etc.

Communication:
~If FA notes do not work for the client, please ask for my email
~I would prefer not to talk business over messengers
~Please don't ask for updates on a daily basis! Asking is totally fine, just please refrain from doing so constantly!
~I will never hand out my phone number to keep in touch for commissions.

I will NOT draw:
~from written references- pictures only
~Sonic / Sonic style characters
~diapers
~Feral animals
~Humans
~Human faces
~Animal genitalia
