A Few Clarifications - NSFW

Sorry for the wall of text, but this covers a lot of complex subjects. I'll be leaving a link to it in my user page for future reference. I've created this description of my own personal limits so that fellow FA members and friends who are interested will know where they stand with me. This description has two parts; one deals with my creative works, (including Role Playing), the other with me personally. My creative work and my personal life often overlap. That's why I've had to say the same thing more than once.
Again, be warned, both parts deal with adult material.
General
I like yiff; in fact, I like it a lot. I write erotica and I'm proud of the quality of my erotic works. I do RP, (although I'm not on IM very often), and I do adult RP; I enjoy it both ways. As a bisexual with no strong preference, I'm comfortable doing adult RP with anybody who wants to. I'm submissive IRL, so I'd rather play the bottom in adult RP too; I'll try to top for other bottoms, but I can't guarantee the results.
My Rules
I keep my creative works under full copyright. The reason is that my work is of professional, salable quality and I'd like to be able to make some money that way. Please note the following.
1) Within that limit, I'm willing to let others "play in my yard," so to speak. I love it when writers or artists want to "borrow" my characters or settings, as long as I get credit for anything of mine that you use.
2) Also, you can protect or not protect your own works as you please, but my characters, "worlds," etc have to remain explicitly under my copyright so that I can use them to make some extra cash.
3) Your stories are not my stories; especially if you're writing in one of my series, I will not treat your stories as canon. This is largely to protect both our copyrights. (OTOH, you can portray my characters doing things out of character for them because it won't count.)
4) One of the nicest things an artist can do for me is illustrate one of my stories; just mention inconspicuously somewhere around your signature what it is and where it's from, with my copyright.
5) I have absolutely no problem with any of my characters being portrayed in adult situations. In fact, I love it!
6) However, no scat and no cub play. I'm not comfortable with water sports or vore either, but talk to me, you might convince me.
7) Aside from that, do what you want to my characters as long as you portray them as enjoying it. Depending on the character, rape-fantasy might be okay, but rape never will be.
8) Legally, a valid copyright statement has three things; the circle-c copyright symbol -- © -- the year it was created and the name of the rights-holder, (in this case me.) You should really use my actual name, (Allan D Burrows), but I think "D'Otter" will do.
8a) To make a copyright symbol © in FA, it's open-parenthesis, lower- or upper-case C and close-parenthesis -- ( C ) or ( c ) without the spaces -- but for pictures you have to draw it in. Copyright statements in stories usually go at the end; in pictures, somewhere not-too-conspicuous is fine.
Role Play
I also like to RP in-character. This includes adult RP. Again though, what you and I do in-character in RP will not be canon to my stories. If for some reason you record and publish an in-character RP with me, just add my copyrights at the end.
General
I know that some Furries treat their fursonna as an RP character; I don't. To me, D'Otter is just my nickname. So if you're playing with D'Otter, you're playing with me. That's okay, I like being played with. I love it when an artist or writer portrays D'Otter in adult situations and yes, I'll do adult RP with you as myself, (if you ever catch me online.) My limits for myself are similar to those for my characters; no scat, no club play and water sports are a distant maybe, rape-fantasy is okay but if you want to assault me or eat me, or have me portray D'Otter assaulting or eating you, we need to talk first. Anything else is okay, but I'll insist on enjoying it.
Cheating
One thing I won't do in RP, in-character or as myself, is yiff somebody else's mate. I won't do that in a story either. I'd certainly never knowingly help somebody to cheat on their mate IRL. I do know that some couples have different definitions of "cheating" than the one in Wikipedia, I just feel weird about it.
My point here is that I don't want to cause harm.
What about IRL sex with me?
Not many people seem to want that. I'm an older Furry, nowhere near as cute as my avatars. If you want to try me anyway, I'm available and willing. I'm pretty much down-the-middle bi; I like girls and I like girls' bodies although, to be honest, I find guys easier to please. I'm subby; I've never successfully topped IRL. Again, my limits are similar. No scat. Please don't even ask until you're 16, (not that you would even then.) You can play-rape me if we agree on the rules first, but if I say no, you have to stop. I'd rather not be pissed-on or -in. Of course IRL vore is completely out of the question. There are a lot of kinks I haven't tried; take it easy with me and we can try yours if it's none of the above.
But again, I don't seriously expect this; I'm including it just-in-case.
Hugs
What's more likely to happen IRL is cuddles. I'm very touchable. I love hugs. Back scritchies make me melt; chest and tummy scritchies tickle and I like that. I need much more touch than I normally get to feel happy.
I think I might seem touch-averse because I never touch and I never ask, but I'm just being polite. Some people are offended even to be asked, (and I don't know which of my friends are touch-friendly), plus I know I'm not exactly cute, so I'm reluctant to approach anybody. But you can safely assume that I want hugs and scritches. Anything beyond that would surprise me, though; to avoid confusion, warn me first.
My Philosophy
To me it's about sharing. I like sharing myself; not just sexually, but however I can. I want to give myself away so that others can know me. I've had quite enough of being alone. The only way to share it is to open myself up and just give. I'm excited to be finally going for it.

You are a serious sweetheart, Dakota. I don't understand how you keep ending up alone. By all rights you should be in a great relationship by now. I just hope you will be soon.
But "salable" is one word --unless you are doing something interesting with it...
