Just wanted to let you know that the names "EasySpark", "Lapin Beau", "Ryan-SilverFox", "Samoht-Lion", "Sarus Treeleaf Wolf" (spelt two different ways, also as "SarusTreeleafWolf"), "Sporky", and "Thrashing Werewolf" all show up twice on the list. I'm thinking that's accidental??

Yep, The duplicate entries will be fixed. In most cases it was just a case of someone being impatient, in a couple it was someone not remembering whether they did it or not. Google Forms don't do email confirmations, so there wasn't really a good "warm fizzy". So it's understandable. One artist actually sent me an email within an hour or so telling me that his entry was in there twice. People are being cool. :)

Anyhow, I'll remove the duplicates. It's one reason I'm doing this review period -- a couple hundred eyes may find issues I won't. :)

I'm glad to hear that people are letting you know. I figured it was something along those lines, or people hitting submit like 50 times. Haha. And on the bright side, that's 7 fewer spots, so more chances for people to get the days they want. Well, there are only 128 seats, so it'll probably still be packed. But with only 151 competing, there will be lots of folks getting 2 days.

It's not just a claim, it's the truth. :). 240 signups or so, 128 seats, 3 days. As the head of the department, "I have detailed files." >.> (name the movie reference!)

But, it may well be that our signups are lower this year due to the Dealer Room being bigger this year.

So far there are 160 signups. As long as we stay under 256 (128*2), and you've signed up for at least Fri and Sat, you'll get a seat on one day or the other.

I'm not sure of the actual table count, but space wise, the DR is 100% bigger. Put another way, last year we were in Hall B only, with the DR taking half, and AA and Art Show splitting the other half. This year, we have Hall B AND Hall C. The DR takes up all of Hall B, and the AA and AS share Hall C.

Tell me about it! It's one of the cool side-effects of the new on-line lottery -- I no longer have to run back and forth between 303-305 and Hall B every morning. That was getting tiresome. :/

but it removed the fun of the mess that happened always in that hall :D
