So this is LES MINIJUSTICIERS and in every episode one of the cute lil' aminals has a problem and suddenly gains some supernatural power - but just before they do, they grow super big and muscly and their clothes rip off and they pose all naked. Even though I'm not sure I've seen an episode yet where their power is muscle or being huge.
So since it seems like maybe there's a bit of furry fanservice in there, I figured I'd link it!

But it appears that this bird DOES get the power to make other animals bigger...
You must have just heard the episode wrong. If anything they were enlarging their dicks by enlarging their whole body. GOT THAT?
