COMMISSION PRICINGI will only consider a refund if I have NOT started work on your commission. I typically start almost immediately after payment, so if something comes up let me know ASAP!
(I pay bills and such out of these commissions, so there's not money to refund after I start work!)
Payment must be received before work starts.
Contact me via Note, I will request YOUR Paypal email if I approve. I do all my billing via Paypal invoices so there can be NO mistakes!
Paypal fees will be included in the price of your invoice. So when there's an extra dollar or two, don't be surprised!
Turnaround is usually within 2 weeks, much of the time sooner.
If it's getting close to 2 weeks, often before, I'll usually send you a status update. If you're ever concerned/curious, contact me! :)
