Yiynova Review
I've been using it steadily for a couple of weeks now and think enough time has passed that I can give a fair review of the Yiynova MSP-19. It's on par with the Cintiq 20W and in some ways is better. Instead of an LCD screen it's an LED, and instead of a plastic screen you're drawing on actual glass. This means its got a clearer picture and a sharper surface.
Saying that, I almost returned it on the first day. The pen did not like to track properly at first and wouldn't cover the whole screen. But the customer service helped me and pointed me to some drivers that fixed all my problems. So it has a little more fussing required compared to a Cintiq, but as a comparable Cintiq runs $2,500 and the Yiynova is a mere $500, some extra fussing is worth it in my opinion.
There is a slight learning curve as you need to train your eye to get used to the gap between the glass and the screen, and sometimes there's a little bit of pointer lag but users of the Cintiq have similar issues so that shouldn't be a breaking point.
I've also heard that the Yiynova has some problems playing nice with Macs, but I've also read a review saying that most of the Mac Issues have been fixed.
Honestly after using it for two weeks I believe it's worth every penny.

And here's a second opinion review:

Unfortunately money is so tight I can't even afford the $500, but... Still cool piece of gear!
