Desc: She is a happy and quite friendly koopa who had quite a desire to help people out and also fight..a lot shes the basic size for a female koopa and has a green helmet and shell with brown boots like most. however she can attach a spike to both if needed. She also is a massive fan of Boos,koopas (of course) and shy guys..which is why she was quite interested in this army and to help out this new army in anyway she can.

Incredibly shy and insecure, but that's to be expected for a shyguy. her cloak contains a large variety of concealed weapons and tools that she installed for self defense and convenience. as such she can't afford to replace it every time it gets damaged so she periodically has to patch it up. she is however starting to out grow it, the skirt getting dangerously high and the zipper is now always broken.
an ex-member of browser's army (was fired for her inability to work effectively under high pressure), used to work as an engine technician on board the doom ship.

Well, when I say "feral", that refers to the non-anthropomorphized versions. In other words, the original versions from the games. I mean, does Tatters look exactly like the Shy Guys in-game?

Description: Born in a militaristic family, moving from one castle to another. Rekelris joined the army and quickly rose through its ranks. He can lead teams where ever, whenever. a bit of a joker but gets serious when he knows whats at stake. His ability to make strategic decisions and execute plans makes him prominent among his superiors. He's lost friends in battles before and gets really angry when mentioned about them (Estyn and Dawnhiker if you need the names). when they need a mission done and failure's not an option, they call upon Rekelris first. (all i can think of XD)

Not being your everyday being, this Blooper's personality is on the wild side; he's acts very childish and innocent, but will make himself mature and think properly if a serious situation arises. While not much of a social squid, he shows that he's emotional quite often once one were to get to know him, even if with not having a visible mouth most of the time. If given the choice, he prefers defense over offense if even in combat.

He is very shy but once he warms up to someone, he can be very respectful, wise, cute, affectionate, and playful. He is very cautious and will be hesitant if there is a risk to something. He sports a marking on his forehead that is not from this world. The marking is a Dovahzul marking meaning Destiny. This marking comes from Skyrim and is known to have some mysterious shouting power. But lacks a fire breathe. He keeps his Thu'um to himself alot of the time, keeping it a secret.

...I'd cut out the Thu'um. You can keep the Dragon Language marking, but the Thu'um is too powerful. Also, remember, aquatic vs aerial. Do you want a Blue Yoshi or a Sky Blue Yoshi?

While he shares some things with the Koopalings, he is completely separate from them, and one thing he doesn't share would be his ice breathe, which goes great with his ability to wall climb and the standard Magikoopa magic that he can cast like them.

I don't really have anything. The reason I asked is that I keep going back and forth between a few and knowledge of what's okay and what's not would help.
I keep going between Boo, Birdo, and even Wiggler. I can't seem to keep my mind on one for long.

Well, considering I'm a Boo, and there's a Hidden Files entry on Birdo, the only one unaccounted for is Wiggler. I'm not sure how I feel about that one, really... If you can't decide between Boo and Birdo, the only thing stopping you from making one of each is you. There are a few Boo subtypes (gem Boos like me are special, though, keep to official canon).

I might do one of each eventually, but considering in the original series of my OC self I do eventually allude to the concept of becoming a boo, I guess I'll work around that.

Race: Feral Normal Boo
Description: While the kamikaze attack that caused Rob's entire body to be lost, his soul somehow found it's way to Royal Planet where it was reborn in the Ghost Lands of World 3. However, a lot of Rob's memory was erased because of the explosion, but thankfully a good chunk of it remained which allowed him to find the World 3 Royal Successor Boolina. While Rob is a normal boo, he does have access to a few powers of other boos yet because of his lost memory, he doesn't know how he's able to access these powers.

Hm... What are these "powers of other Boos"? There's Bomb Boos, which explode, and Big Boos, which are less vulnerable to light. Beyond that, all Boos can turn invisible and intangible, possess people, teleport short distances, and combine with other Boos. At least in my canon.

Meaning some boo powers outside of the normal ones are simply mimicked in the sense that some abilities like the explosion properties of Bomb Boos are used differently. However, only boo powers that aren't super uber can be mimicked, so not all powers can be copied. Of course, in order for the mimic properties to work, Rob would have to see the powers being used before he can use them himself. In lore of the original series, this is explained in Arc 1 and is demonstrated with the Dark Magic Spell and then re-explored in Ark 2 when Rob tries to use Sonic's Sonic Boom technique from Sonic Rivals and ends up using it differently.

...Huh. Well, let's keep it to explosions and sunlight resistance, since my character's powers are... Creator-class, extremely powerful.

I'm not sure how well she'd fit in canon. Engineers are a non-combat position, their point is doing technical stuff. Perhaps she could perform maintenance on the Bullet Bill Blasters, but beyond that...

Description: The current heir to royal line on planet referred to and marked as Royal Planet; a planet full of rejects from Bowser's Army due to being pacifistic. While mostly pacifistic like her father and being the FIRST female royal of the Lava/Cave world on Royal Planet, she was born with the strange ability to pull a possum if threatened by flipping over in her shell and retreating before suddenly bursting in flames and by hitting a nearby pipe or wall or similar hard tall surface and attack on normal means and control her shell. Her abilities are abnormal for her species, but she can really only activate her abilities once a day.

...Ooh, she'd work well with Azura. A pair of Buzzy Beetles with fireproof shells that catch fire. The main difference being Azura needing an external ignition to blaze.

Like I said though, she's a pacifist like anyone else from Royal Planet; and being one of the few species that can defend themselves means she only fights when her life's in danger.

Hmm... Maybe there's something else we can have her do... I don't suppose she can cook, can she?

Being non-bipedal would probably hinder that to a very large degree.

Well, we're talking Mario series. In Paper Mario: TTYD, there was a train on which there was a fish who could cook. Quadrupedal form shouldn't be much of a hindrance in comparison.

Your talking about the Cheep Cheep which still techincially had "hands" in a way. Buzzy Beetles only really have feet which is more what I mean.

Yeah... Well, maybe a shopkeep of some sort? Not sure what she'd sell, though, got ideas for a florist and a Shy Guy masksmith/tailor...

Maybe Florist would work since she's a Pacifist.

Armor/Weapon Seller wouldn't work due to being pacifist.

Armor would work, since it's defensive and not offensive, but doesn't really fit in the canon besides natural armor. Or Koopatrols, or a few other species that use artificial armor.

There's a reason armor won't work for her in particular, remember Royal Planet is full of Bowser Army Rejects for being Pacifistic which means anything that could be used for fighting scares them almost half to death.

...Yeesh. It surprises me you think she could be a florist, then, considering the Power-Up flowers. Tailor works, though.

They don't mind power-ups as much because only humans can activate them.

Well, the Power-Up Flowers can be used like SSB and Paper Mario Fire Flowers by anyone, and some power-ups can be used by non-human/Toad species. P-Wings (in this canon, equivalent to Yoshi's Wings/Mario Maker Wings) aren't directly used for combat, though.

Even then, Royal Planet's inhabitents have been on the planet for over 50 years overall, and as such their not able to use powerups like others of their species can.

Gender: Male

Bandages covering half his body, a metal plate half covered at the back of his head, with shades hiding the eyes underneath, Javier fits the role of the mysterious, but intelligent role. Given this, he can give off a cold impression, seemingly caring more about proficiency and battle capabilities of others and himself over emotions. Perhaps something happened to him that made him like this, or that’s how he always was...

He’s the kind of fighter that prefer keeping his distance, owning a ray gun that, while it has seen better days, can still pack a punch behind every shot.

Species: Ninji (A)
Gender: Female

Ever since she was just a mere child, she was always accompanied and partially raised by her guardian-like companion, a female Greaper named Row (or a female Boo Guy with a reaper-like appearance), who which she can summon whenever needing assistance thanks to her black band around one arm. Her suit only truly has minor difference to others of her kin, with white straps on her torso and diamond-shaped buttons on her cheeks.

Whenever she fights alone, Mishi fights like any other Ninji, using her speed to her advantage. With Row by her side however, it allows Mishi to fight in a more reckless fashion, to the point where she’ll risk fighting up close and personal, which might make it her downfall in fight if taken advantage of...

Sorry for taking so long. Don't feel ready to set out the ten-character milestone stuff because nobody does anything for this, and it just kinda falls away... Anyway, I'm not sure about Javier's ray gun, but Mishi seems fine. Just give Row the reaper-like Boo Guy her own bio, and you're good.

It's alright. And hey, if it's anything of worth, to this day it still got some kind of attention.

Javier's ray gun, when it works how it should, it hits hard at a fair rate, but when it is not, either it charges slower than what it should, or fail entirely.

Species: Greaper (F)
Gender: Female

Row's a sort of "fairy godmother" to Mishi, as when Mishi was young, Row used to guide her on what to do whenever the Ninji needed help. Her personality also compliments this, as she helps out whenever Mishi gets into any sort of trouble, even trivial matters, much to the Ninji's dislike of this overprotective phase. Her origins seem to be tied to the black ring, as it is the item that is used whenever she needs to be summoned anywhere. Aside from that... she's the reborn spirit of a Shy Guy (or Gal) from long ago, starting out as a regular Boo "Guy" before she took on her current look.

For her fighting, she can use 2 kinds of ice spells, and one electric spell; Crystal, Blizzard, and Lightning Orb respectively. In close combat she uses her psyche. She can take a beating, but only if the attacks aren't magic based; magic based attacks hit her much harder.
