Tarot Deck?

Okay, so I mentioned this idea on twitter just randomly and got assaulted with mentions from people who were interested. So much that I can't actually even go back and see them all anymore. I'm a little overwhelmed. So I'm going to need anyone who's seriously interested in this idea to comment here so I can keep track.
I know it's been done before but for a while now I've been wanting to make a custom deck of Tarot cards. I drew some of the Major Arcana in High School, but I never had the skill to finish them off. I think my art has improved a little bit in the 12+ years since I left school, so randomly I thought about trying again.
Its been done before too, I know, but coming up with 78 characters to fill in all the cards might be a little much for my imagination, so who would be interested in having the 'sona/character appear on a card?
Before you jump up and down let me notify you now, it will not be free. If I'm going to put the time and effort into it I want to do it properly, so I would ask for a commission payment, at least half upfront, to cover the effort of drawing your character in full kit. For that I would happily give you a FULL SIZE copy at the end of it all (please keep that in mind). I would also need written consent from you to use your character as there's a good chance that there will be an actual print run of these when I have all 78.
That's right, you'll be able to purchase a whole deck full of all 78 custom cards when they're all done, which will include your custom image. So I don't want the images getting out on the internet. That's all I'll ask. You can use cropped versions for icons all you like, but as has been mentioned to me, what's the point in trying to sell the whole deck when anyone can just steal it off the internet and print it for themselves.
I'd happily include an icon or cropped (+watermarked) version of it for no extra charge, provided you also give me credit where credit's due when you post it.
Right now I haven't settled on a price, I'm still debating between doing all color or offering the Major Arcana as full/detailed color, and the Minor Arcana as Ink/Flat color. Either way would you be willing to pay full price to be involved in this? Or would you want a discount on it? I'd seriously like your opinion on this please. I want to play fair with this whole thing so feel free to speak your mind. It will all ¡e taken into consideration.
And I'd also like to know if the best system for working these out is the usual "first in, first served" method, or should I go for "pick 3 and I'll see if I can give everyone something they want"? I've already had 2 people jump up and down wanting the Death card, which is quite amusing to me, but only one of them can actually have it, so I don't wanna have to roll dice or flip a coin, and upset one of them by saying no. I want to see if I can at least make y'all comfortable with the card you get/want.
I'm a strong believer that tarot cards hold only the power we give tehm, but I wouldn't feel right drawing someone's character out of place or in a situation they didn't really belong in, so I want to do right by them, and you.
So yeah, just let me know. I plan on having this all worked out by the end of weekend. If you know of anyone else who might be interest in this please do feel free to spread the word via Journals and Tweets. It would be most appreciated. ^_^

Cost is just soo tricky ... I mean part of me wants to say like $15 to $25 range, but then that seems to cheep ... I dunno ... hell, you know me and paying for things anyways my typing ability after putting in a $ tends to go sideways and up :p
As for actual characters on cards ... maybe some kind of voting thing?
And Temperance? if this becomes a thing and it isn't already taken?
But i would also like to get in on this. I'm not 100% sure of what your regular prices are to get an idea of what i could be looking to pay, but i would want to pay you full price for it since you are putting the time and effort into such a deck, to get it printed, etc. :3
