COMMISSION RULES
--==Apparently, I didn't make myself clear when I made the visual commission guide for both the beads and my art, so this is a revised and rewritten list of rules I have for anyone and everyone who commissions me. If you plan on commissioning me for either the beads or my art, please take a few minutes to READ this, not just skim through it. Thank you.==--
RULE #1: I have been screwed over one too many times by online commissioners so I'm sorry, but payment must be made to me FIRST. It's NOT that I don't trust you, I just need some sort of confirmation that payment WILL be made. If trust is a must on your end and you feel as though I may take your money and split, that's completely understandable, so you may pay in segments if you'd like, such as half now half later. Just know that once I take on a commission, I am then making a promise to you not to screw you over in the process, and going back on a promise, to me, is not an option. I will then begin sketching/beading your commission once some sort of payment has been made.
RULE #2: Payments are accepted via Paypal ONLY. Mailing out cash is much too risky in my neighborhood as our mailboxes constantly get broken into. If I had the money, I'd get a P.O. Box, but at the moment, I can't. If you do not have a Paypal, you will have to make one if you want to commission me.
RULE #3: It is the customers (That's YOU) responsibility to keep in contact with me. For example, once you claim a commission, I will then add you to my commission list, but if you choose not to pay immediately, that is okay, but I will NOT keep sending you reminders about your OWN commission. You must make the effort to at some point let me know that a payment has or will be sent. I will NOT start a commission without payment confirmation. The longest I'm willing to wait anymore is 2 months. If you go longer then 2 months without notifying me at all, I'm going to rightfully assume that A) You forgot about it, and it wasn't that high of a priority, or B) You never intended to pay for it in the first place. After 2 months, your off the commission list and I move on.
RULE #4: References will be given if they exist no matter how low grade. Know also that I never finish a commission without the approval of the sketch/bead template. I will note you a picture of the sketch/bead template and wait for your word to continue.
RULE #5: All artwork/beadwork is owned by me and I reserve the right to post ALL art I create in MY gallery. I will NOT remove a picture for any reason I do not see fit. However, YOU paid for the commission, so if you wish to have it censored to the public, I will do so at the customers request. You may of course post any picture you commission me to your gallery if you wish, just make sure that proper credit is given.
RULE #6: (this is strictly just for bead commissions) This is the most important rule of all! I NEED your address, and I NEED you to double check that it is correct! I know giving out your name and address is risky online, but in order for the bead sprite to be mailed quickly and efficiently, I'm going to need your first name, last name, and correct address. The post office doesn't like aliases.... I promise to ONLY use your name and address for mailing and mailing ONLY. I then delete the note to make sure hackers can't tap into my notes and get your personal info just to be safe.
--==That's all I can think of that's most important for now. Thank you all for the business!==--
