Rules of My Livestream. MUST READ!
Come tell us what you want to see drawn. Note we do have rules for this and they are as listed below:
These are only doodles, quick sketches without any real cleanup to the lines, although if a subject catches my attention, I reserve the right to elaborate on the image as much as I choose.
There are no restrictions on number of characters, however I reserve the right to deny an image if I do not feel I could get the doodle done quickly enough.
Only simple backgrounds, unless I choose to elaborate. Buildings, landscapes, and vehicles count as background elements.
Unless I have volunteered the extra elaborations, any requested cleanup, inks, or colors, will be deemed a separate commission, and will not be done until the additional details have been paid for. Also, they will be completed at a time other than during the doodle session.
I reserve the right to refuse any subject I feel uncomfortable with, or to refuse an image if I feel I cannot adequately complete it. In which case any payment made will be refunded. If the sketch has been completed however and okayed by the commissioner up until that point, I will not issue a refund.
No corrections once the image is completed, unless the finished product is entirely wrong and I reserve the right to decide if that is so.
Any corrections during the doodle are fine, unless I feel they are becoming a problem, at which point I reserve the right to refuse the doodle altogether.
The image file itself can be requested at any time, but may not be sent until after the session depending upon the reliability of my internet at the time. All files will only be sent in PNG format. JPEG may also be requested if preferred, that will be seen as a commercial request and will be treated as such.
All parties involved in the image (owners of characters, commissioner, artist) may post in any gallery site, so long as proper credit is given to the artist and those involved.
Payment is not required until the end of the doodle, but no further doodles will be done until payment is paid unless a previous arrangement has been set up with the artist. If at any time collecting the payment becomes difficult or is not followed through by the commissioner the payment for a doodle will be required in advanced. To keep this discreet this will be discussed in a private messenger or email for the commissioner’s protection.
During the stream a moderator may be present. If they are present, any requests made by the moderator to keep conversation friendly are to be followed. If they are not followed the artist will not draw for that said person, and/or they will be excused from the session until the next session starts. If it persists that person may not be allowed to enter the stream or participate with the doodle sessions again. You will have a chance to argue your side if you feel you have been unjustly ejected. This will happen through the email in order to keep records. (tokalub@gmail.com)
Our rules of conduct are, be respectful of other people. No name calling, no ranting, no criticizing anyone else’s doodle request. If this is not followed the offending person(s) will be ejected from the stream. Just a note that in an argument between two parties, both parties will be ejected from the session unless the moderator feels otherwise.
All in all, just keep things fun and friendly.
If future revisions become needed, I reserve the right to make them.
