Commission Terms and Conditions

By commissioning me, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
Payment:
Payments will be accepted through paypal. When sending money, I also request that you avoid sending the payment as Gift or anything else under the personal tab. If I am taking your commission at a convention, payment through the Square app or cash are preferred.
Payment should be in USD and should be paid upfront. The commission will not be started until payment has been received and cleared.
Content:
I will only draw things I am comfortable with. Generally, commissions should not exceed a PG-13 rating. If you're unsure if what you want is I'd be willing to draw, ask.
I am willing to draw complex characters or images. Please keep in mind that additional charges may apply.
I reserve the right to refuse a commission.
Revisions:
Minor changes are perfectly acceptable during the sketch phase. I will send you the sketch for your approval.
Once the sketch is approved, no further changes will be made. The exception to this is if I make a mistake (with colors, missed markings, missing item, etc.)
If you are unsure whether a change you want would be considered minor, ask.
Deadlines:
If you would like your commission to be completed by a certain date, please tell me in your initial request. Very short deadlines ("I want this done tomorrow!") may be charged an extra fee based on the commission total.
Permissions:
You are allowed to post your commissions to your personal gallery, as well as crop for icons, wallpapers, or otherwise resize it for display purposes. Please give credit where possible.
Refunds:
If you need a refund for whatever reason, it must be requested before I've started the commission. If I've already started it, then I will give a partial refund based on how close to completion it is. Refunds for completed pieces will not be given.
If I am, for whatever reason, unable to complete your commission or take longer than six months to finish it, you will also be refunded in full.

Sure hope this changes soon. I'd love to purchase some commissions.
