the loneliness is getting too much. (need a 3rd roomate)

ben_roprim and i have been chilling at this apartment with no internet (at the school right now).
and well...moneys starting to get really tight. even for a cheap place like this.
So we are looking for a 3rd roomate.. ill give the just of the situation below. Now before you consider helping us, we are currently only looking for people who already have jobs or other sources of income. Other incomes include: Making enough monthly currency through commisioning, and social security. If there are other methods you have recieving money, let us know before asking. But we DO NOT allow making money through drugs, whoring, and anything illegal or harmful or just makes everyone unconfortable. If all this applies to you so far, please take a look at the information below about our place. Better safe than sorry amirite?
were not super picky with who were looking for but gay male helps makes things more comfortable for everyone. bens a gamer. im a movie nerd. but of us artist. and well I'M pretty big into the furry thing. ben slightly less so. but still.
The Location and Apartment:
We currently are in SeaTac, right next to the airport.Its cool because we are within walking distance to rainfurrest. Takes about no more then 12 minutes to walk there and only ten minutes more to the light rail to downtown seattle. the place is called Hunt club apartments. its a semi gated community with a pool n a spa and a gym!! all of which but the pool are open 24 hours. The Bedroom itself has room enough for 2 people. Ben usually sleeps in the bedroom with the extra bed. So if you want to sleep there Ben is cool with the sofa. but If you prefer privacy, the bed can be put in the living room in place with the sofa, giving you a bed and privacy. Privacy is a little on short supply sadly, as it is a small 1-bedroom apartment. SO it helps if you are gay like us or our faggy vibes might destroy you.
The Conditions:
Some conditions need to be mentioned before we accept anyone. (mostly thought of from ben) First, you cant have a lot of belongings that would take up a large amount of space. We aim to keep things clean-ish, clear-ish, and nice looking-ish in case guests come. If you have boxes that can fit inside a closet, that will be ok. Second, we dont have room for another comp desk so of you got a lap top or something like that the could be cool. or if you have a small personal-sized desk, that would be just fine to use, as we would have space enough to put it in the house. Third, RENT, we need someone who can afford there half of the rent ($360/mo) The rent is currently being split 50/50. The rent you pay is half of the rent. Once Ben gets into school, or finds work, we will be spliting it again between 3-ways. So the rent for each person will be $236 a month.
Food/Personal Hygeine:
Food is usually provided to everyone in the house, except food items that nobody should eat/drink. You are always more then welcome to buy food for yourself, if you do not prefer the food we may have at the time. You can always store your food and no one else will use them; this goes along with bathroom items as well. Our shower stuff like soap and shampoo, is usable by everyone, as long as you dont over use them. You may use what we get, or you may just get your own and no one other then you will use it. Please remember also stay clean!...ish. yeah musk is hot but musk and BO are two different things lol soooo dont be afraid to spray on the axe.
Sex/Privacy Matters:
This is a kinda touchy matter which we will state. We are both Horny gay males but we also respect each others privacy sooo if you are the kind of guy that brings a new "friend" every night well that wont fly with us. mostly because there is only one bedroom n it kind of awkward trying to sleep next to someone breeding lol. So if I am ok with it or nobody is in the apartment its cool. but ben is far more strict than i and doesn't want to be there if unfings go down. if you have a mate though far be it from us to turn them away. also not to sound like a facist but lady unfings are definitely a no good here. there might be finer details n what not well need to pm about ugh moving on~
Resident Registration/House Key:
Getting registered as a 3rd resident is very simple. All you need to do is apply normally n whatnot at the rental office. it costs about 30 something for the application n background check. but after you are cleared they give you your own house and mail key. we got to share the keys to the pool n gym n spa.

and hows the rules and law there, since states have different laws in each states.
Quick question, how fares the schedule for trash and recycling? I do a lot of my own, and as for recycling, I take all my recyclables (mainly pop, juice, water, and alcohol containers) to a local recycling depot for a refund.
They do refunds on empty pop bottles and cans (and liquor) in some states, that much I know, and all over in Canada. Unfortunately, Washington is not one of the select few states that do. But I'd still run the programme anyway, simply because it's still in my hippie nature to do so.
Of course, I would love to pay a visit! ^.~
