Get Well, Wolfgem & Elden + Donation Drive

An unfortunate tragedy has befallen 
beastcub, 
wolfgem and 
elden... and it honestly made me tear up something fierce reading the story. It's heartbreaking. I couldn't get through the entire journal without crying.

To help out, we're going to create a "Get Well" card with all the suiters at the con. Not only that, but for every suiter who partakes in the event at FAU5 we'll donate $10 towards their hospital and recovery bills. It's not much, but it's something.
The money can never replace their loss... it can at least help with their recovery.

EDIT 2: Some have asked me "Why do this?" Because we can. We're already supporting the NJSPCA, but given this incident, we're willing to take on more and do more if we're able. It's for a good cause.

can't they fucking FACE what they did sincerely...
I can't imagine the fear and loss they're all feeling right now. To be 21 and happy and the next moment have your leg literally ripped from your body and the 4 dogs your girlfriend loves all killed instantly. I hope they find who did it. Who the hell plows into people like that without even so much as tapping the breaks in hesitation?
I am disgusted-- but, glad to see the fandom being so supportive of Beastcub and her family.
wish I could go to FAU... and wish I had a suit just to go and have the 10 bucks donated.

Her FA Page is getting lots of shouts, they are clipping off. Is there any administrative way to add a journal to her page or another manner for kind wishes towards her not to get lost?
I won't be at the Con, but I will be donating what I can tomorrow, and I will re-post about this.

Hope that you don't end up in a situation to check if they're really so caring with someone non popufur.
In the other hand, one thing is that I don't approve a sort-of-demagogic journal (no matter how good intentioned), but I wouldn't either like to make Beastcub nor the two harmed feel uncomfortable by such an easy to misunderstand discussion.
It's not who was involved that's important, it's what happened.
I heard about the accident shortly after it happened. Absolutely stunned.
Unfortunately, I cannot attend FAU5 given my location, but I would love to sign that Get Well card.
