This is the Chibi Day journal for August, which will be our second chibi day.
We had to make some adjustments to the rules to make it work better.
Updated rules to free chibi criteria, and donation amount information.

Free Chibis: You will receive a chibi and a head crop for an icon for your FA.
These are free to...
-Those who have no picture of their fursona and would like one.
-Those who donate toward Chibi Day (see 'Donating' section at bottom of post)
Do I qualify?
By 'have no picture', one or more of the following criteria needs to be met:
-No existing image of your fursona, for example it only exists in a written description.
-Badly outdated reference sheet, or a reference existing only from a lineart template.
-Sketch only / no colored image of your character.
-Headshot only artwork (icon for example. you will need to provide a written description of your character's body.)
By 'donating toward Chibi Day' all of the following criteria needs to be met:
-You have made a donation toward the next Chibi Day as instructed in the 'Donating' section below.
- You have posted in this journal as instructed, with your reference sheet and starting your post with "DONOR".
May I repost?
You may repost the crop of your chibi, not the full page of chibis. They will be linked on my submission along with an icon for you to use on FA.
I just ask you put my electrocat on your repost and be given credit for the artwork. The chibis make cute profile ID's.

Don't
Complain if the picture didnt come out the way you imagined, I just follow your instructions. They will be streamed so you're welcome to watch the character being created.
Demand a place in the queue. These are gifts, not commissions. Wait your turn and give everybody a chance.
Give me WTF creatures. By WTF creatures I mean five headed cerberus with 90 dragon wings and a million detailed markings on their body. If you're unsure, post your description and it will be considered.
Note me for this project, keep it in the journal for easy access during streaming.
Post if you have art of your character, your FA will be checked.
Be greedy - one per customer. If there's still time left after I've done everyone's I might draw more.
Clutter this journal with comments if you are not posting for a chibi. It will better my stream performance if I don't need to filter through comments to find the information I need.

Be respectful, this will be sponsored by kind-hearted people who just want to make others happy.
Remember that I reserve the right to refuse any request for whatever reason. The refusal will be within reason.
Post in English. If you are having trouble, ask someone to translate for you.
Post the heart icon with your description to show you have read this giant wall of text.
Remember if there are a lot of chibis to draw, I may not get to yours immediately. I can do about 20 in an 8 hour stream on a good day, sometimes more, sometimes less. Sometimes I add more shading and do less, it depends. I will get to them all though.

How to post?
There are two ways.
Freebies:
You'll post with a description, outdated reference sheet, sketch-only image of your fursona etc.
Example:
Hi EC, my reference sheet is very out of date, I'm no longer a wolf but a snowleopard.
You can use the colors off my old reference sheet (link to reference sheet)
It's all I got sorry, just colored that template quickly.
Just remember to please add my blue hair and lightening bolt marking on the tailtip which isn't shown on the old sheet.

Donors:
You'll post with your character reference and preceding text "DONOR".
Example:
DONOR. Hi EC, here's my ref, have fun: (link to your reference sheet.) <3

IMPORTANT UPDATE, PLEASE READ. A donation of $5 or more is required to receive a chibi. This is not due to inadequite funding, but due to the bulk of chibis going to donors - I ended up with almost 60 chibis and over 50 hours of work over the span of 4 days the first run. Let's have an itty bitty less work for EC ^^;;
Donating
If you'd like to sponsor a chibi day, you're welcome to send a donation. I ask $40 for the day (8 - 12 hour stream). $5 - $40 donations are welcome.
If you do want to donate, please specify so in the paypal message section "Chibi day donation". It will be kept track of here for you. The funds will be added to the amount in this journal upon reception. If we have more than $40, it will go toward the next Chibi Day.
My Paypal is electrocat[at]electrocat.co.za and please don't forget to write "Chibi Day Donation" in your message or I will pick it up as a tip in my records.
Funds for next chibi day: $143
Funds used: $40
Date for next chibi day: TBA closer to the time, mid to end August. You'll see the Chibi Day Stream submission go up when it's on.

1. How about in regards to adoptables? Most come with a single view of the character and most are colored. Are there any other rules that would be applied? Or does it still fall under the 'no art' rule?
2. I would like to clarify for myself: You must donate & have no art of character (or others scenerios listed above) & the other stuff listed above to receive a chibi. You cannot donate & have art and get one. Or...can you donate & get one if you have art. With the info being spread out a little that part is a bit fuzzy to me.
