OK, so I'm figuring that I'm going to post a rough Draft of my TOS and info here. So, here's the TOS
1. I reserve the right to refuse any commission on any grounds.
2. I reserve the right to change prices at any time; However, prices will remain locked for customers who have already ordered, or are CURRENTLY discussing a commission - discussion must have started before the change, and must be active within TWO (2) days of the price change, or the new rates will take effect for those in the discussion phase..
3. Five slots will be available at any time. Commissions will close at that time, and reopen when the entire set has been completed.
4. Payment: Payment will be taken in full, upfront.
5. Commissions should be completed within two weeks of the payment; If they are not, Discussions shall be maintained with commissioner in regards to whether they would like to wait or receive a refund.
6. Refunds: Full refunds will be given if work has not been started on a piece, or if I (the artist) fail to complete my work in a timely manner (two weeks from date of payment, unless otherwise noted).
Partial Refunds will be given if work has been started on a piece and the Commissioner decides to cancel, whether it be during or after the two-week timeline.
7. To signify that work has begun on a project, the commissioner will be NOTED an outline of their story in addition to the first few paragraphs. This is because FA has this feature that allows users to see whether notes have been read or not via the "Outbox" tab, thus preventing an "It Never Arrived!" Scenario.
8. Be polite. Be efficent. Have a plan in mind when you approach me, please?
Thank you and I look forward to working with you All~
ART:
$1 for Sketch
$3 for Lines
$5 for flat colour
$8 for Shading (because shading is hard for me)
STORIES:
PWYW, but a $10.00USD minimum for all stories; this must be paid up front before work begins on a story.
If I have a queue, I will alert you as to when your position in the queue is approaching, and will ask for the money then.
Even though it is a PWYW scheme, I would ask that the minimum amount be multiplied by every factor of 3000 words, so that it's at least on par; none of my stories should be below 3,000 words unless specified by either me or the commissioner prior to beginning work.
For example. All stores are over 3,000 words, so for a minimum 3,000 word story, I'd hope to receive at least $10.00
For 6,000, at least $20.00 USD
For 9,000, At least $30.00 USD,
And so on.
