Terms of Service:
I, the artist, retain copyright to the piece of artwork created by myself. Images commissioned may be used by me as examples in portfolios and as business devices.
My logo and name will NOT be removed from any of my works.
None of my artwork should be altered in any way by any other person other than myself, unless permission is asked directly.
If my work should be uploaded to any online page, credit must be given and linked to my gallery on this site or Tumblr.
Art cannot be used commercially by the client and art may only be uploaded by the client.
If I make a mistake on the requested artwork, I will make changes to it, but there is a limit to how many times I will do so, and this only applies to minor changes. Please try to tell me what needs to be fixed the first time. Major or excessive alterations to the piece will be subject to an additional fee.
Once I begin work on the piece, I can only issue partial refunds. However, if the piece has been completed, I cannot issue a refund, only alterations.
Images and commissions may be removed off my galleries at any time. Dropbox files will be removed 7 days after approval of the completed commission. It is not my responsibility to ensure the client has saved images of their commission. However, there will be prior warning given to commissioners of recently finished pieces.
An addendum: In relation to the earlier statements, I will only do returns if there is some failure on my part to deliver the promised work, or if there is some other fault of mine involved. Any financial instabilities on the commissioners part should be taken into account prior to commissioning the artist.
I reserve the right to refuse any commission.
