1) Displayed base prices are subject to change according to the complexity, difficulty, size and medium of each individual piece.
2) Clear and concise visual references and/or short description of a commission idea must be provided by the Client. After which a preliminary quote will be provided by me.
3) Payments $50 and under must be made up front in full before preliminary work begins. Payment plans are available for commissions above $50.
4) Once OK'd on the sketch, I'll start inking and coloring. I can send out the line work stage if requested. In the case of digital art, I can edit colors if need be. However, with traditional media that is not an option. A color test will be happily provided upon request for your traditional media piece.
5) Once the piece is finished, I'll send out a low-resolution copy of your image. This is for a final approval.
6) After the low-res finished image is approved, I receive the rest of payment due, if applicable.
7) Once full payment is received, the full-resolution image is sent to you. It will be at least 300 dpi in all circumstances, or in vector. In the case of traditional media, the finished piece will be sent out.
8) The Artist reserves the right to reject critique and redline pertaining to artistic skill or style preference (i.e. anatomy, coloring style, etc.) if said critique reduces the artistic quality of the piece.
9) If the Client wishes to cancel their commission during or after the final stage they will not be issued a refund.
10) The Artist will not discuss a commission with a client via public forum, or private note. Communications about commissions between Client and Artist will be made only through (Dat.Green.Monstah@gmail.com) to ensure all information and communications are consolidated in one location.
11) The Artist reserves the right to issue a refund and cancel a commission due to poor communication, rude or inappropriate behavior, inability to communicate in effective English.
12) The Artist ensures the Client will receive email updates on commission when necessary. Clients are encouraged to check in when they feel it's necessary for updates, assurance or reminders. Public updates will also be made via twitter.com (DatGreenMonstah) and furaffinity.net journal (ThatGreenMonster).
13) The artist will not handle depiction of illegal activities and hateful images. Non-explicit and explicit fetish, artistic nudity, violence, gore, drugs, and humorously offensive work will be considered on a case-by-case basis. The Artist reserves the right to reject any commission for any reason.
14) The Artist retains the right to display all commissioned work on any personal website, gallery, or journal. If the commissioned work is a time-sensitive gift the Artist may delay public showcase at the request of the Client.
16) The Artist retains full commercial and distribution rights on any image they produce.
The commissioner may use the commission image at any size as they please FOR PERSONAL USE ONLY. That excludes commercial purposes. No profit is to be made off the image.
