Please note that these changes only apply to new commissioners. The only thing that was changed besides better wording, is the amount paid up front. If you already have made a commission offer with me, you're safe.

Don't worry, despite what I normally write for things, this will be to the point. I have these simple rules that apply for commissions. Please keep them in mind when you go to commission from me.

Firstly, all sales are final. You do not pay the full price until I am done with the work. I expect at least half the payment up front in order to ensure I don't show you my work and then you run off with it. I can only do so much to prevent copyright infringement. When I'm finished, I will show a preview of the work. If you are satisfied, you may pay me the rest then, and it will be yours. If you are not satisfied, I'll work on it until you are, within reason. You are allowed three complete rewrites. If you are not satisfied after the third rewrite, I will let you pick from each version. If you are still not satisfied, then you keep the other half of the payment. Minor changes are pretty much unlimited, but also must be within reason (don't make me keep rewriting things just because it doesn't seem "good enough").

When you purchase work from me, I retain all copyrights. However, you will have the ability to redistribute. You are not allowed to claim the work as your own, ever. You cannot alter the work without an additional fee, to be determined by me, which is based on amount of time I spent on the work. I can't just let anyone alter something I have done.

Alterations to things I have written are only allowed by you if I have transferred full copyright ownership to you. If you want something altered, please ask me. I don't want someone messing with the things I make unless I say so...otherwise it kinda ruins the fact I made it.

Payments can be made via Paypal, Dwolla, or Square. Paypal and Dwolla are very similar. Square uses a credit or debit card number and a little bit of information about the card to charge on the card. Due to fees, I must ask that Square can only be used if more than $1 is being charged. Dwolla is perfectly fine, as they only charge a 25¢ fee for transferring over $10. Please make sure to mark any transaction through PayPal as a gift, or it will charge a fee. Also, please be careful how you label it in PayPal. Marking it as "Furry commission of naughty erotic writing" is bound to get my account banned, and I'd really not want to lose my PayPal account. If you have any questions about the payment process, please ask me in a note.

All prices are in US Dollars. For conversion rates, look around on Google, often times just typing "convert $1 to euros" or whatever currency of your choosing will tell you.

These are WRITTEN works only. I don't really draw, and my drawings are crap. My writing is much more beautiful, and I can paint a picture just with my words...so, please keep that in mind.

I can do clean or adult works, and some fetishes, but I'd rather focus on clean things first. Once I get more confident in my writing, I may do other things, but for now I prefer clean. I may tack on an extra charge for adult works, since I'm not completely comfortable with them at this time, but that may change in the future.

These terms may change at anytime, and once you start the commissions process, they won't change for the duration of the commission, even if I change them for new customers (unless something absolutely must be enforced).
