Just wanted to point out there's a group on FA that basically does that - they help people know if an artist is trustworthy, quick, skilled, things like that. I forget the name now but I'm sure you can find it if you look for it. Might be a good idea to drop them a shout or something, or to ask your commissioners to post their experiences there as well ^^

I've seen one, it's  trustedartists. Maybe that's the one you're talking about?
But I'd rather my commissioners can write a review here. I think it's simpler, I even wrote a form to fill out to cover all areas I think are important :3

Would you be interested in commissioning from me again in the future? (y/n) Not sure. 6 months is a little long to wait for artwork when the money is taken up front. I normally get commissions with a story in mind and after 6 months, that story idea is long since gone and forgotten.

Would you recommend my artwork and services for future commissioners? (y/n) Yes. But I would advise about the length of time for completion. But I would also be sure to advise that my artwork was completed in a higher tier than what I paid for, for being patient.

As I said above, 6 months was a little too long to wait for paid up front art. HOWEVER, the quality, the added shading and highlighting for free to make up for the time was very much appreciated. And the artwork came out stunningly beautiful! Which for me, more than made up for the time.
