NOW FOR DA RULES
1. YOU MUST HAVE A REFERENCE OF YOUR CHARACTER. Whether it be a reference sheet or a drawing. REFERENCES ARE A MUST.
2. HURR.. Make a journal ... yeah yeah yeah... tell about this raffle... comment on this journal with that link AND your reference link.
3. I will pay for a 2 character detailed sketch drawing, that will be said and paid for at no cost to you. HOWEVER. If you would like to have the picture bumped up to a colored picture. I would pay for most of the picture still, all the other person/ whoever wins would need to pay me is $10. I will cover the rest! Examples will be proved below of what the quality will be like.
4. I will give you a number after commenting after verifying journal link and character reference.
5. The raffle with end SUNDAY NIGHT AT MIDNIGHT CENTRAL TIME! I will then use a random number generator to decide who wins!
