Thanks for your patience as we get back on track! Thanks for all the hosts who've stepped in to help! We are still a bit behind, but fear not! I'm keeping journals separate, and shows WILL be recorded for each missed week! I'm just not sure when. BUT THEY WILL BE :D

Well the songs have been selected for this week! That can only mean one thing. Submit here for the next show!

Just a reminder that in order to be in the spotlight, there has to be a section of your song long enough to showcase that is PG rated!

Please keep in mind that I do not necessarily select the BEST piece, simply the piece to be Spotlighted. Sometimes the pieces are professional quality, and sometimes it's a first, low-quality recording. Don't be butthurt if you think a song that is "inferior" to yours is spotlighted. We are all musicians, and all deserve recognition for our talents!

Remember, submitting your song on this page doesn't mean it will be spotlighted, it means I promise to look at it and consider it for the show. I STILL browse the music submitted over the past week, though I don't have time to listen to every one submitted. Posting your song on this journal guarantees I give it a listen. It does not, however, get priority over other songs that are not posted here!

Songs MUST be hosted on FA to be considered. If only a portion of your song is on FA, it must be clear, no advertisement to listen to it another place in the audio, and long enough to spotlight.

I want to focus on songs uploaded this week. If needed I will reach back as far as 2 weeks. There seems to be confusion on this. If it is over a week old on the day this journal is posted, it will NOT be considered for the Spotlight!

And don't forget, this isn't a contest! It's a Spotlight!
