The character I'd want you to do doesn't have a completely accurate reference yet, but it does have one that's about 85% accurate. I'm including the picture and a description of what's different about the final character here. If this is too much work for you, let me know and I'll come up with something else.

I would like you to draw a reference picture of one of my OC's, Phoenix. I recently adopted a figure which is almost exactly what I pictured for the character. That picture is here (http://www.furaffinity.net/view/8661282/). There are several changes that I need made before this character matches my image perfectly. First and foremost, Phoenix has wings, rather than arms. She uses her primary feathers (the large ones that make up the tips of a bird's wing) as fingers. Picture something like the anthropomorphic birds in Disney productions like Winnie the Pooh and The Sword in the Stone. Second, her tail is slightly longer than in this picture. Third, she has a long swoop of feathery 'hair' rather than the short do seen here. Picture something similar to the swoop on the Pokemon Pidgeot. Fourth, lighter areas of her skin in this picture, such as the breast, crotch, and legs, should be a bright orange rather than the red tone they are now. Finally, Phoenix's feathers are not natural. She is made of latex, and her body should shine like dull latex. You can make her breasts slightly larger, and I want her to have distinct nipples.

The image I'd like is of Phoenix lying on a bed 'manually' pleasuring herself with one arm while the other is flung out on the bed.

And if you really want to challenge yourself, she's sometimes played as having brassy, clockwork/steampunk/magic-tech style body parts- right leg from the knee, left arm from the shoulder, and right eye. But that's optional of course. :3 Really, pretty much all the details, from posing and circumstance to exact clothing and such can be up to you if you want, s'long as it's still a white kitsune with some at least sort of steampunk/victorian aesthetics :3

Other details:

Head - Smallish but bigger then original Mewtwo and my own human head, unless I morphed into a Mewtwo myself then her head is smaller then my Mewtwo head...

Body - More anthro, bigger then Mew's shape but smaller then original Mewtwo, does not have huge part where belly and tail connect, it's actually more slender(man)...

Arms - Muscly, for a female, not too crazy, but it's there...joints are more then a double joint, but not quite a triple joint, flexible - yes, crazy flexible - no...

Legs - Same as arms, but is more of a jumper...like Hulk...then a flyer, she can still hover though...

Hands - Human/Mewtwo mix, smaller balls at ends and basic 4 finger 1 thumb human style...

Feet - Still like Mewtwo but 1 extra toe and a little more spacing...
