Firstly i just wanted to post a reminder about my contest i'm hosting. deadline is Oct 1st. Details can be found here: http://zombiehun.deviantart.com/art.....2012-310621757

if you're considering a holiday present for someone and want to commission me for it, i highly recommend you plan ahead as it takes a month or so to finish a piece. I can not meet stringent deadlines for anyone unless you are willing to pay a deadline fee which will be 50% of the commission price. But even so, I still will need a couple weeks to meet such a deadline as all my work is very detailed and I do have a full time job ^_^' not all commissions will be available for this. If its a doll, it will depend upon materials that i already have. If I need to order anything, I will most likely not be able to meet a deadline.
art trades: I am no longer taking anymore. I just wanted to post this just so people don't send notes only for me to turn you down :( its never anything personal, I just have a current list that is literally on the back burner and I really need to start plugging away at it and it wouldn't be fair for either you or my previous art trade partners to just add you to a list and let you sit there and collect dust along with them :( Trades will get done, I just never have any down time hardly anymore all of a sudden. So I think all my art trades will be digital pieces just so I can finally pay my dues (except for you *Eviecats your doll is in the WIP stages)
anyway, i never like ending a journal on a bad note, so lets talk about something fun! I'm going to attempt chainmaille again in the near future, I think I might have more patience for it since I have a jewelry piece I want to make for myself.
