Fur The ‘More FA Ad Banner Contest

Ladies and gentlemen, we would like to announce our first year FA Ad banner contest! We’re looking to put up an ad banner and invite all artists who are interested to submit a banner for consideration.
This contest will run from today (August 27th, 2012) until October 2nd, 2012 at 11:59pm EST (originally September 25th, 2012. Extended for reasons posted in http://www.furaffinity.net/journal/3841804/)
The rules are simple:
• It must be sized for the FA Ad Banner slot: 300x90, and 200kb maximum
• Post it to your gallery
• Link back to this contest journal in the submission
• Use the keyword tag ‘FurTheMore_2013’
• Shout out the submission link to our FA
• It must fit in with our current theme of 'Time Traveler's Party' and be G, PG, or PG-13
Once the winner and ten runner ups have been selected, we will contact you to inform you that you are in the top eleven slots. At that point, we will ask for a statement by you (either as an FA note or e-mail to media[at]furthemore.org ) that will allow us to use your contest submission for official Fur The ‘More activities (Including, but not exclusively, use as an Ad banner, in the convention book, the FurAffinity gallery, and the Fur The ‘More website). If you do not give that permission, your submission in the contest will be disqualified and a replacement selected.
The rewards:
We will have ten runners up and one winner.
• The eleven top banners will be put on display in our gallery until the last day of Fur The ‘More 2013 (April 7, 2013).
Runner ups will receive:
• The banner will be linked back to the Artist’s FA (Deviantart, SoFurry, and so on will be included on request).
The winner will receive:
• Their banner will be linked just like the ten runners up.
• It will be our featured submission at least until the end of Fur The ‘More 2013 (April 7, 2013).
• The winning Ad banner will remain in our gallery (with the artist’s permission) permanently.
• A gift certificate with the Fur The 'More convention valued at $40 which can be used on any level of registration or for items at the Convention store. (Originally: The winner’s choice of either a free attendee registration or $40 worth of constore items.)

And this is the full sized version, but should I upload a 300x90 version as well? Or email the smaller version?

Question though: Are we allowed to submit multiple entries?
See, I have one made now, but I'm not too sure about it for a couple of reasons. Would it be all right to submit another version as well?
