September is coming, and that means cooler weather is just around the corner! If you're anything like me and love the cooler weather, good times ahead ^.=.^

Now, on to the Hambowl info! September 17th, starting at 6pm running until 10pm. As always,  sedrinthestar will be DJing and dropping the beats from his own playlist and taking requests. ALSO: Remember to sign up for the Artist/Vendor tables if you'd like a chance to present your work! There will be 4 slots available (more may be provided at the event if space permits). If you are a digital artist, let me know and I will work to accommodate you (Power and internet will be provided to artists should they require it).

This is the official RSVP journal, so comment if you are coming. If you are bringing anyone with you, list their names if they lack an FA page (real or fursona names are fine). The cap remains at 50, so sign up sooner rather than later! A reminder journal will be posted linking back here one week prior to the event, then one more the day before. If you sign up and find you cannot attend later, let us know ASAP on here or the reminder journals.

Location: Needham Bowlaway, 16 Chestnut St, Needham MA
Getting Here: For the drivers, the best place to park will be in the lot that is behind Middlesex Savings Bank. For those taking the commuter rail: From South Station, board the Needham Commuter Line and take it to Needham Center. From the station, follow the tracks in the opposite direction until you get to Great Plain Ave. From there, turn left and walk to the intersection of Great Plain and Chestnut. The bowling alley is next to Harvey's Hardware on the corner. Also, check http://mbta.com/schedules_and_maps/.....?route=NEEDHAM for train schedules. The stop you want is Needham Center.
Need a Ride/Offering a Ride: To those willing offer rides and those needing them, post a reply. I'll list you in the journal appropriately. Keep an eye on this section if you need a lift!
Cost: $12 per person. This is a COVER CHARGE! If you show up assuming you don't have to pay if you aren't bowling or playing the game systems, you are mistaken. I bring a tube of 50 glow bracelets and hand them out to keep track of who has settled up. If you lack one of these bracelets, you must either pay or I must ask you to leave as it's not fair to the people who have paid. I'd rather not have to resort to hunting people down in the alley. But if I have to, realize this place is small and you will be found.
RSVP: Absolutely required! The attendee limit is standing at 50, and signups will be closed after that number is reached. Someone will be at the door with a list of RSVP names to admit people in. If you are not on the list, you may not be let in (depends on how late you come and how much space we have left).
Artist/Vendor Tables: Table space is first come first serve. Future events may go the raffle route, but we shall see. If you wish to have a space at the table, let me know in the comments section.
Food: The Pizza pool is back. Pizza orders will be announced at the front desk. $1.25 minimum (1 slice) and $10 for a whole pizza. We get them delivered by Stone Hearth at a discount. Announcements for pizza will occur at 7:30pm.
Fursuits: Always welcome! We will have a headless lounge set up (complete with fan this time!).
Misc. Rules: Just a few bits that don't really go above, but are equally important:
- Bowling Shoes. If you are bowling, you MUST wear the shoes. Don't worry, we provide them. It's an insurance thing. If you have a suit with slick soles, then you can use those rather than the shoes.
- Respect the Building. Simple enough, just don't trash the place =P
- Respect Each Other: Self explanatory.
